Thanks Hookem, been following your threads. Great job tonight. Watched the Hawks because my Leafs are pathetic. Love Toews. Wish he came back to Canada to play for Toronto. We need a real leader.

I'm wondering how many cappers realize the significant value of hitting "two" PL WINS in one night [St Louis 2.5u & CHI 2.2u] $470.....excellent work Sharp (not an easy chore of achievement)

I don't pick my plays. I buy blank dice and I write the teams on the sides of the dice. I then put cat nip on it and let my cat bat it around. Whatever it lands on after she is bored I play.
to rivermonsterz, here is your reply to your asinine commentary, concern yourelf with "Australian Rules Football" it's clear your knowledge to the NHL is extremely 'limited' your contribution to this thread is even more limited, This is the NHL forum, "gentlemen; post your picks" write ups are optional, and seldom even thought about, frankly speaking, the thread, winning % and units speak for themselves, but yet you want a 500 word essay on why Sharp played St Louis & CHI on the PL? he worked at it; get it? work! handicap the game! your screen name, and commentary are an embarrassment to the contributors of this thread, and won't be further tolerated, take your atttitude, drivers permit, and make commentary elswhere, (like S&S where you belong with the rest of your peers) and when you turn 21 and are old enough to legally place a bet why don't you author a trhread in regards to NHL 'picks' and make sure you include write ups, and in-depth information, as you have rudely requested Sharp to do. Now go outside and play, and when Sharp post's his Sunday plays, simply STFU, watch, and listen, and let the thread speak for itself, you're totally clueless when it comes to not only hockey, but all American sports....your chase system concept will get you absolutely knowhere betting sports..and thats a fact! "you're going to call out a handicaper who's been following the NHL for 25 years? and tell him how to produce his own NHL thread? hide behind your keyboard as others in your category do, I 'm sure you've seen many NHL games in your short life span, unfortunately none of them have been in Australia, Canada, or the USA..grow up or shut up.....or end up in the penalty box, your sourounded by moderators in the NHL forum, just in case you haven't noticed...

For what he does with the Hawks I think he is the best player in the league. There is no captain that means more to the team then he does. The definition of a leader ....but I might be biased lol

Sharp, In the 2013/14 NHL season, there were 284 'regulation time' DRAWS of all games played (hockey-reference.com) they're definitely available, as is the supreme value of the handicap. interesting to see you posting 'daily 'TIE plays, and PL, two wagers that carry the highest single action ROI in sports betting, your effort in this direction is appreciated, have a prosperous Monday

Thanks for your efforts Sharp, I like your style/discipline and suspect you will have a very profitable year.
Routinely picking TIES is an intriguing bet. Curious, did you do forensics on your picks last year to determine what the overall success/ROI was for TIES at year end?
Good luck this season!

I do find Puck Lines and ties have the most value. Of all the bets last year, puck lines were the most profitable. At times I will take a dog (reverse) puck line too that will pay +300 to +400. Ties were profitable, but not as much as puck lines. I rarely bet big ml favorites like -200.
Good things about ties are the teams play for them. Since there is an extra point, if the game is tied late they will usually play conservative and take their chances in OT after they get the one point.
With puck lines, you have that extra insurance with the empty net. Usually 15-20% of your puck lines will hit simply cause you got an empty net goal, so it helps.
Have a good day guys

Just chiming in here. GenSharp I read your first post for this year on how you pick hockey and you sold me. I've tailed every single hockey pick you've given so far and plan on continuing to do so for rest of season. Love the picks keep em coming. Nice win on Ducks -1.5!
