Islanders are in a slump right now and are really missing Visnovsky and Grabner. Tavares is even becoming vocal about how frustrating it has been to get more offense going with the injuries. Visnovsky and Grabner's absence forces a lot of other guys to play extra minutes for the team that they aren't used to, they are not going to be able to run and gun with the Nucks in this one. Tortorella feels the game in Columbus was a setback from their progress and it was. The team is transitioning into a zone defense and we all saw that being pretty affective in Pittsburgh, and I expect the coach to get his team refocused against a team he knows well. They have been blocking shots left and right and thats exactly what Tortorella is looking for. This was my biggest lean for today and just like yesterday I see the public hitting the over as odds makers just raised the juice on the under, thats my cue to hop on board.
Also have a couple leans but still looking things over.
