Toronto - Carolina under 6 -120 - This is the 3rd meeting this season. Toronto won on November 11th 3:2
in Carolina. On November 19th Carolina rallied to win 6:5 in a
shootout. Toronto built an early 1st period lead and had the lead with
3 seconds left in the game until Erik Cole tied the game. A look at the
game sees 10 goals scored, but this is with Legace filling in for an injured Ward and
Gustavsson was gaining experience. Tuomo Ruutu had 4 assists that
night. He's injured. Both teams have problems scoring. In Toronto's last 14 games, the Maple Leafs have scored more than 3 goals only once. In Toronto's last 5 games, they're averaging 1.80 goals for. At home, the Maple Leafs are averaging 2.36 goals scored while Carolina is averaging only 2.10 goals for on the road. Furthermore, Carolina has scored more than 3 goals only twice in 21 road games. Behind stellar goaltending from Cam Ward, Carolina has also tightened up defensively allowing only 1.80 goals in their last 5. Ward is 3-1 with 1.73 gaa and .944 save % in January. Toronto has allowed a team to score more than 3 goals in only 2 of their last 11 home games. The under is the most probable outcome here.
If anyone wants some info about other games, ask and I'll share what I think. I couldn't find much interest in Tuesday's games though.

depressed any thoughts on the Philly game? PL looks like a decent play to me.
I was leaning that way (Philadelphia in regulation) and the over 5.5 since Dallas has been so brutal on the road picking up only 1 win in their last 11 away games. Reasons I laid off the over however is Dallas hasn't scored a power play goal in their last 5. Leighton has allowed only 2.14 goals per game with the Flyers. The Flyers scored 4 against Tampa Bay in their last game but they came late in the 3rd period. They put up 7 on Pittsburgh but the Penguins have issues defensively. Put up 6 against Toronto with 3 in the 3rd period. I don't see Turco, as mediocre as he's been, breaking down this much. I can't trust Philadelphia as this much of a favorite against a team like Dallas so that's why I laid off the Flyers as well. It'd be a different story against teams like Atlanta, Toronto, etc. I'll be following this one to see if I can get a better read on the teams. Just not feeling confident in any bet with this game. Good luck.

great job on + ML picks, any thoughts on Columbus at +130 ?
Thanks, the money line picks have been pretty good. I was leaning the Jackets way tonight, but wasn't confident enough. The Blues ended their streak with a win over the Kings while the Jackets have won 3 in a row and I've won the picks made against Calgary and Dallas in the process. Garon is playing fantastic, but I can't back them on the road at these odds with no real advantage. The Blues have struggled at home no doubt, particularly because of
defense, but they haven't had much of an issue scoring at home. They've
scored at least 3 in their last 8 home games. They've also faced stiff
competition - Chicago, Vancouver, Nashville, Buffalo, and Calgary
during this span. The Jackets have lost their last 7 visits to St. Louis.

Like it...that and Sens\Thrashers under 6. Grand Salami under also.
BOL
Good luck to you. I was thinking about taking another Ottawa under again but not against this Atlanta team. Elliott and Leclaire are struggling too so it wouldn't be surprising to see Atlanta hit 4 or more tonight.
