Agreed. Just can't get it out of my head that the Sabres might look ahead to their game against the Bruins on Thursday. Just feels like potential let down spot for them even though mostly everything looks in their favor from a goaltending perspective and recent games. I've seen this story before. We'll see how it goes.

I always kinda thought a look ahead is a good team playing a crap team with the good team playing another good team in their next game...

 I think the Sabres view themselves as a good team. 

But your point may be a good one. They probably aren't looking ahead; they really shouldn't be.

 Problem is Buffalo CAN'T look ahead.  A loss tonight would negate any win against Boston At this point and with them in a chase,  every point is critical to them.

Bruins 

...normally this would be a "spot" for Calgary. but the Bruins are different! they also do an amazing job managing minutes in the first night of a back-to-back.

i think Bs win by 2+ but ML is fine for me! 

look for Marchand and Krejci to get going tonight... both semi-cold lately.

The Eastern Conference is going to be a freaking buzz saw come playoffs. The Western Conference doesn't seem to making any splashes at this moment. Guess they are figuring the East will beat each other up and soften them for the Finals.

On a whim I went with CBJ in reg + Over 5.5 (+440), Over 6 in STL/SEA & Under 5.5 in Minn/NYI parlay and a Arizona/Pittsburgh parlay. If WPG wins in OT, it's a very good night as I had them paired with Pittsburgh but it's all good.
