I know exactly what you mean. Been struggling with the same kind of dilemma since a week ago when we found out who was gonna make it all the way. I'm thinking the "revenge" factor that seems to always come up on TSN or print media might have something to do with the Pens having "something special going on". It does make sense but really, who cares about that from a capping perspective. It doesn't change the fact that the skill level of ALL players combined is much higher if the players are wearing a Detroit jersey. Not saying these other factors should not be considered but I'm going with overall skill in a highly contested battle for a great trophy.
At the price you can get the Wings as of right now, I'm going with the logic. Might seem too easy and a sucker's bet but Detroit is too solid of a franchise to doubt them this far in the playoffs. Tell your gut to shut it ! BOL and glad to see ya back in here even though the circumstances were not ideal .

Always follow the logic and will probably just watch my futures bet play out, bahh who am I kidding I will have to have a little action goin on in a few games and call me nuts but I am thinking we get some good plus money value on a few unders, I think Fleury and Ozzie both come to play and both teams respect the others offense and keep it tight plus and angle I love is the 3 games in 4 nights that I hear is about to happen will cause both teams to roll 4 solid lines from the get go and the possible guarding fatigue factor of that much fast paced hardcore hockey packed into the time frame will also play into the under with both playing it tight to the vest....I also hear alot of that favoring Pens but I go the other way with that thinking and think if the 3 in 4 nights favor anyone it is Detroit as rolling the 4 lines favors them as they are more balanced and have a little more depth IMO....Let`s not forget the D havine to share more time as well....So Hal Gill etc on alot against Dats and Zet and Hoss etc Hmmmmm...Just a couple angles I am looking at following. Gut shit up...I like that! LOL
