Caps with a big win. Wings are not what everyone thought they would be and the as good as the Kings are on the road, they are almost that bad at home (losing home record).
Leafs/Swords: Won't bet it but actually an interesting game. Swords were just embarrassed at home and get to play a team they beat 5 weeks ago. Swords are actually 6-4 last 10 v Leafs. Caps off a big win and travel to a team that can jump up and bite you in the arse any night. Caps are 8-1-1 last 10 vs BJ's and 7 of the last 10 went over. Hmmm...Tampa returned from the West and trounced the Blues. Can the Cats do the same thing? Blues are actually 6-3-1 last 10 v Cats and the over is 8 out of the last 10. D made a good point, Cats have VGK on deck Saturday.
Preds v Superflies. I keep thinking Philly will faulter but they are like the Duracell bunny and keep going and going. Preds are 7-3 last 10 vs Flyers and 4 of the last 6 meetings in Philly have been unders. Canes at Pens. D went into depth on this one. Canes own the Pens going 8-2 last 10 meetings and winning 4 of the last 6 at the Burg. Ned will be in net for the Pens. VGK v Bolts. VGK are 7-3 last 10 v Bolts and in the last 5 games at Amalie, the Knights have scored 16 goals. In the last 5 meetings, the Knights have scored 4, 5, 3, 3, and 5 against the Bolts.
Oil in another tail spin? Hell, same could be said for the Devils. Two weeks ago, the Oil pounded the Devils 4-1. In 4 of the last 5 games at the Rock the over has hit. Looks like Pickard in net for the Oil. Good Western match-up with Stars/Nucks? In order for it to be good, it has to be competative. It's not, Nucks have won 8 of the last 10 meetings, including the last 3 in a row. The last time Dallas beat Nucks at home was November 19, 2019. Wild just OWN the Habs...9-1 the last 10 meetings. I don't normally play that much juiced ML but I just might.
Sens/Avs. Uh, you think MacKinnon is a little pissed after losing in Chicago? Sens last won a game when Moby Dick was a minnow. Here is a stat: Avs have scored 27 goals against the Sens in the last 5 meetings. And the Avs have covered the PL in the last 4 meetings in Denver. Flames are 8-1-1 last 10 v Ducks. Gibson and MacTavish are listed as ?

Avs line is only 165. Seems it should be higher. But Sens on a 5 game road trip lost the first 4 and the last game blew a 3 goal lead with their new coach. I would think they wanna get this one bad after that. Seems like a Sens win to end the trip after that bad blown lead for their new coach or an Avalanche domination like 5-2 6-1 because they are just done after that and regroup at home. But which one? Value at -165 for Avs or good spot for Sens?

Talk about a smelly line, how about Toronto at -145? Swords can't stop a beach ball right now. The Leafs have to have a little red arse as well since Buffalo put 6 goals in the net last time out vs Leafs. It is a no bet game for me but with Buffalo reeling I would have assumed in the -160 to -175 range.

On the jr. league circuit, AHL...I like the over in Abbotsford tonight.
To expand on this, the last 5 home games for Abbotsford has gone over the total. I am expecting Silvos in net for the Nucks. His last 3 starts, he has given up 5, 4, and 3. On the flip side, Ontario will probably go back to Portillo tonight (he hasn't started b2b games this year). He has given up 4 goals in each of his last 2 games. I'll roll the dice.
