The San Jose Sharks possible sweep but maybe 5 games with the Kings winning game 3 at home in double ot with a puck going in off someones ass in front of the net!
I just think they are going to ravage the Kings without Williams and Kopitar. Quite frankly I would feel pretty much the same even with those two playing....
Anyone liking the Queens here? Just curious no bashing here, it's the playoffs and anything can happen...

I like the way that team has been quietly flying under the radar this year...and they actually have a goalie that has proven himself in the playoffs.
What are your thoughts on the other series Polar?
Canucks in 6 Sharks in 5/6 Wings in 6/7 Preds in 6/7
Caps in 5/6 Flyers in 6 Boston in 6/7 Tampa in 6/7
for me...
San Jose in 4...Time to crown the Queens.
Vancouver in 5...I think that spoiled little criminal Patrick Kane is going to find out what that cab driver felt like after he assaulted him for his $1.20 change back on the $13.80 cab fare. I guess the millions were not cutting it....I would put Vancouver right there with San Jose EXCEPT for the fact that Luongo (Reboundo) is in net and he has yet to prove he is a big time goaltender to me. The Hawks still have some championship players, they are not all gone and Bolland coming back is huge as is the loss of Malhotra for the Canucks and Torres for two games. The Hawks just look tired to me and Crawford whom I am a fan of has had some holes in him lately. No Big Buff in front of the net this time or coming into the after whistle scrums. No Ladd (huge). To me all equals no second round for the windy city unless Luongo chokes right up again.
Flyers in 6...I hate to say it but great value with Buffalo against my Flyers. I have to be honest. I hope they make me look silly for saying it. They should crush Buffalo but it is very hard to turn the switch on when you have been playing lazy, listless hockey so long waiting for the playoffs to start. If they do go up to that next level in game 1 and squash Buffalo I think they roll them in the series in 5 or 6 games, BUT if they are even a tad off or lazy and Buffalo wins game 1.... Big trouble in little china for the Flyers. Just watch game 1 and you will know how the series is gonna end up IMO. I do have faith my Flyers will turn it up the required notch and Miller has never been an issue for them
Boston in 7....Tons of value with a very scrappy Montreal team against their arch rivals whom they at the very least stand toe to toe with. I do think Boston wins a long homer series but with the prices listed all the value lies with Montreal who could certainly pull off the upset.
Washington in 6...If Callahan was playing I would like the Rangers, I really think he makes that much of a difference. But again the Caps are a choke artist team and the Rangers are scrappy and disciplined so beware the KING!
Nashville in 7 (maybe)...Not sure why really. Toss up to me. Just a gut feeling and the hockey gods owe this team. I really like the Ducks so I hope my gut is wrong. I was planning on watching the Ducks upset Vancouver in the first round but it never matched up.
Phoenix in 7...The end of an era in Motown for the old Wings.
Tampa Bay in 6 ...Old man Roloson shocks everyone and Vinny and Marty grab the team by the horns. This one is really up to the two netminders IMO and could go either way. Again gut feeling and I think Tampa is hitting stride just at the right time. Like the Preds and Ducks though I will be staying far away from this one.

Just saw this myself but playing and healthy enough to be a factor are two different things as he plays a gritty style which he has to in order to be any of any help. Big boost for sure still though. I like him a lot but just don't think they have the parts. I think the Sharks dare I say it are locked in for a playoff run. You like the Kings here Delasoul?

Actually I have to agree Sharks are reasonable favorites to advance to second round. But those divisional matchups prove to be tricky more often than not. Also all the pressure is on the Sharks in this round, with all the talk about Kings two best players beeing out.
I think unders will be hitting at an profitable rate in this series. Kings have a very good defense, very effective PK, and with Kopitar out (and Williams not completely healthy) Kings (who are not a fast team to begin with) will try to play a very defensive minded game, and slow it down.

Exactly my thinking with the unders here. Just blindly playing unders in this series would turn a profit I am quite sure as well....
