your absolutely right.  i can tell you first hand since i live here in pittsburgh.  they are a 1 trick pony.  all offense zero defense and not physical enough at all.  bruins showing it now, flyers showed it last year in the playoffs, and canadians showed it in the playoffs during the 2009-10 season.  its hard to get excited for this team when i kow what will come next month in the playoffs.

The OP&#x27;s assertion still stands. Boston playing B2B road games means when were they going to be vulnerable tonight? Late in the 3rd. When did the Pens score all their goals.? late in the 3rd. No B2B games in playoffs (or at least, exceedingly rarely. Once in a 7 game series at best).

Imagine if the Pens had a decent goalie? They would be lethal. How are you liking Brandon Sutter? Obviously came up big tonight but overall? Helping replace Staal?

considering Jordan Staal was going to be moved anyhow for cap reasons, Sutter has been excellent as a 3rd line center and has "stepped up" with Malkin injured.

and I agree, "Flower" is overrated in goal. was hoping Vokoun could "push him" this season but that really hasn't happened.

Wow, just traded for Chris Kunitz in my hockey pool! He looks to be carrying on the tradition of average Pens players who have career years with Mario and Sid like Rob Brown and Warren Young. I think Shero will make one of his signature moves at the deadline.
