Of course Cavendish will take it in Paris unless he can't finish tomorrow.  Take Farrar and Hushovd to rank, you'll probably win them all.

Tomorrow's the biggest stage and I'll be there up the hill.  I'm waiting for matchups to be available before leaving.

I didn't post my pick on the forum but I had Astarloza over Nocentini good for 5 units.

Overall : 41-48, -40.3 units

So far, I only have Nibali over Wiggins, Contador will win and Andy will be 2nd.  More later

Today's stage was hard for the riders so tomorrow might go to a sleeper. Pellizotti and Sastre took it easy today!

Cervélo sport director Jean-Paul Van Poppel said he expects Sastre to shine on the grueling climb up Ventoux.

“Carlos is really focused on the stage and he’s fresh in the head again. He will really go 200 percent,” Van Poppel said. “He can do good business for himself and the team on Ventoux.”

4 units Sastre @ $12

4 units Moreau over Wiggins @ $2.55 - Moreau is getting better as the tour goes on. Wiggins will struggle. Moreau also has a good history on  Ventoux!

Schleck should have realised his brother didn't have it.
Contador should have attacked and left armstrong for dead and let Frank and Lance battle it out themselves!

I had two plays today, I left too early yesterday night and Pinnacle had only a few plays available.

Vincenzo Nibali vs Bradley Wiggins @ 1.758
and
Christophe Le Mevel vs Vladimir Karpets @ 1.935

were my only 2 plays, I won both of them good for 8 units

With one stage to go :

Overall : 43-48, -32.3 units

Cavendish is @ 1.6 for to win tomorrow, I might not place any bet, I don't know so far

You went crazy on this last stage.  I placed 2 bets

Cav to win 5 units @ 1.54
Contador over Kloden 2.5 units @ 2.54

Contador won't beat Kloden, he will come slowly to the line right in front of Armstrong and the rest of Astana.  None of them give a fuck about today's stage, therefore their leader and Tour de France winner must be the first to cross the line.

Cavendish will probably win to set a new record.  Hushovd will stay in his wheel and Farrar will rank 3rd.

I could win about 7 units

How have you done overall taking into account the overall bets as well?

This was fun ( even though Cavendish did finish the tour ). I still can't believe that Hushovd matchup bet came through and saved my ass.

Clepto - I remember seeing you place that top 3 bet earlier on. Nicely done as well. What line did you get for it?

I'm back from France, here are my final results for this Tour.

Overall : 44-49, -32 units

Pre race : 4-4 +34 units
 
Total : 48-53 +2 units....
 
It's not as good as I expected it when I started the Tour but it is still in the right side.  My win on Hushovd paid a lot.  I went as low as -65 units but I had a good 2nd week to close even.
 
I hope you all enjoyed the Tour, the last grand Tour is the Vuelta, hope for a better start.
