I can only pray for a Cats 1 point victory! I think they have to appeal the Hawkins decision. I personally like the call though; I hate any form of punching or striking no matter how impactful it is. It's sad we live in a world where someone has to get hurt before any action is taken. I say the MRP should implement very harsh penalties - striking, wrestling, whatever it is cops a ban. Scrap this whole fine business, I doubt an AFL player cares about copping a $1500 fine when they're earning 6 figures. Set a standard that will deter players from doing anything like that.
I know the Dogs have been very defensively sound which surprises me weekly considering they don't really have pure defenders. They are all quite attacking (Suckling, Biggs, Boyd, Wood who is out...)
Pretty much playing the over because it's at Adelaide Oval which, whenever I look at scores switching to the game, there's a goal being kicked every 5 seconds.
Anything under 180 at Etihad I will likely play.
Don't know how Lynch got off for the Suns, but they're getting even more players back and weren't too bad against the Swans in appalling conditions. They seem to play the MCG okay as well. Not sure how Tigs can be 5 goal favourites to anyone.
But hey, look how my Pies play turned out
Regardless, I wish everyone all the luck in the world!
