I'm still scratching my head at one of my losses. In the Swiss/Nor game it was 7-4 in the 10th, after Norway's last shot, Swiss could not win the game so the shook before the last rock was thrown. I thought this end would be X'd out giving us our win, instead they marked one for the Swiss and we lost our total. Perhaps they score different in the Olympics, but I know in Canada, that game would have been a blank. Anyway .......we move on.
Although we lost our under on the Sweden game last night, we hit them to win the Gold Medal, in our future play. I watched the 10th end twice last night and undoubtedly, when Cheryl let her last rock go and it was a third of the way down, she had a smile on her face, that she had won the game. I thought she stepped her weight up a little and that is why it hung. In the 11th, her lea's second draw coming up weigh short, was death and the following shot by Sweden freezing to the rock in the house, was huge for them. If I had been Cheryl, I would have been tempted to go on the offensive and try and cap the last shot, but I guess you do what you are comfortable with and she peeled the guard. She had won so many games this week on last shot, where they barely made it by a rock or just got there with the last few sweeps and last night she was on the other side. Tough one no doubt.
On to today and I have no feel for who wins the Bronze medal game, so I will continue with my Swiss under and have played under 11.5, 4.12 units to win 4.
Tonight as mentioned on the over 11.5, 4.16 units to win 4. I see that all time head to head Martin is 11-1 vs Ulsrud, having said this 6 of these games were decided by one point. Even though I have Canada to win as a future, I have also played -1.5, -5.7 units to win 4. Martin has waited along time for his revenge from Salt Lake and I expect him to kick home this one. I see a 8-4 score in the making.
May have some in-game bets on the Swe/Swiss game, depending on how the score is going. Good luck today everyone.

That was a fun and profitable run. It made me realize, that trying to bet hockey and baseball on a day to day basis, makes no sense for me, trying to grind out a couple of units here and there. I think I will spend more time with the family and stick to sports where profits can be made.
I hope we see some Brier lines up in the next couple of days. I am sure 365 will have them, but Pinny is an unknown at this point. If anyone spots any lines at another book, let me know.
