Short ball , fine leg up in the circle, can hit it any where, straight to the fielder didnt have to move.......

Anyways, i will make up for this tonight when i put everything i have against this team next game.....

We have seen in the last 3 games in perth where teams chasing got off to a flier........

Then as soon as Hogg comes on, all hell is breaking loose...

Hayden got out to him, Klinger and Ferguson got out to him, all playing aggressive shots. Tonight, Faulkner.

The problem is this. Hogg is the enegizer, for the crowd and his team mates.....

He has the ball on a string, furthermore, when teams have taken him on, they have gotten out. Once they get out, the crowd comes alive, then when the crowd comes alive, his team mates get charged and they inveriably roll the opposition. It snowballs, all from him.

The blue print is to play him out, DO NOT GET OUT to him, bite the bullet and be happy with 5-6 runs off the over....If you dont get out to him, the crowd dont come alive (the crowd come alive more when he gets a wicket than anyone else and it rubs off on everyone).

TOnight, the stars got over 65 runs in the 1st 6 overs. Absolutely killing it. Then Hogg came on, they got 6 runs off the 1st 5 balls. That was enough, what does Faulkner do? on the last ball, goes for the slog sweep and gets out. Just like Enriques on Weds night, the last ball from Hogg, gets out, even the commentators were saying, "what are you doing, it was his last ball".

Then when you are just playing to see him off, you can attack the other bowlers more aggressively.

I cant believe i am the only one who can see this. Hogg is the catalyst for everything in that team and the opposition just keeps on falling for it....

Is this all like a scratchie?

Sixers were killing it all the way, scorchers punters were gone, then to artificially generate interest from the scorchers punters, sydney lose a few wickets to get the scorchers back interested into the game....

Like when u get a scratchie, the first couple of numbers on the top row u get 2 $50 symbols, just to get you interestedm then u scracth the rest and there isnt anything else....

Just like the game tonight.....
