Had them -5 HT last week and while they were a touch scrappy they got it done. Very happy to take the -4.5 HT line tonight - I actually thought it'd be higher with the Cats coming off a 35 pt win. I'll be at the game so let's go Wildcats!!

The Wildcats built a big lead in the first game in Townsville on October 22 and ended up winning 93-85. It was then a 97-76 win in Townville again on New Year's Eve, and then a 32-point hammering in The Jungle on January 28.

The enormity of Townsville’s task in this match should not be underestimated however as Perth are 9-4 at home this season, while the Crocs are just 4-9 on the road. One of those Townsville road losses was to Perth at Challenge Stadium on 28 January. The ‘Cats won that one by a whopping 32 points, 87-55, which is the second biggest home win Perth have had all season and the fifth largest margin of victory by any club in 2011/12.

The Wildcats have also downed the Crocs in their last five consecutive visits to The Jungle in Perth. In their past four games there against Townsville, their smallest win was still a 19-point victory. Of their 31 previous meetings in Perth, the Wildcats have won 24 to Townsville’s seven.

More I read this the more I like the fulltime line of -8.5 also. A win secures 2nd for the Wildcats. Eddie Gill the import PG for the Crocs is suffering from a hand injury that has been well publicized.
