True. I really just don't remember so many 7-5 games ever, where a point wasn't score one way or the other in the 10th. Glad Korea cracked a three for me, to pull that one out. I read a post from a guy this morning that said the Danes were all over Italy and that somehow Italy made one shot each end to keep it close, so it sound like the -1.5 was the right side, with the wrong result. Apparently Eve nosed a guard in ten, then had to hit the four foot to win and lost to Sweden ending her week.

I commend the States on their run, but it was against all non-playoff teams, so I will be on Sweden this morning -1.5, although not very big. Based on China's record, can't see them being too up for the game today, so will play Czech's at a +175 dog and will play Korea, as they have been my moneymaker this week.

Like Swiss/Kor over and Czech/Swiss over and Canada under.

Tonight on Scotland +250 vs Canada for one of my big plays. They have been terrible this week, but I suspect they will be up for this one.

The value is probably there, but Nedohin has been lights out this year with her back against the wall. I think they roll tonight.

Very well they could Ang, but +250 for one of the best women's curlers in the world, no way I am passing that up. For what it is worth, from what I have seen Nedohin has played well, but her team seems to be letting her down.

Don't like a lot else tonight.

I do like the over in the Canada game also. Denmark I loved earlier in the week, but didn't put up much of a fight against Sweden today. Do they want to play spoiler or do they just pack it in?

That was a pretty demoralizing loss to the Swedes. Their tournament was on the line and they were terrible. I imagine they just want to get the game over with.

I read a post that when they shook hands that they were basically looking like they had packed it in. You may lose the States bet, but it is probably still a good play.

 

Not sure if you are on Bet365, but they have two "In play" games tonight. The other day when the Czechs were up 5-0 after two ends, I was expecting to see Canada at +300 to win the game but it was only +175, so I stayed away....and..sure enough they won.

I didn't know they did live games for curling...hmm...probably just a way to lose more money. 

Ditto. Oh yes, that live betting cost me. It was 5-2 after three ends and I think they pumped out a 16.5 total and I bit thinking it would be ball to the wall for both teams for the rest of the game. The Czechs couldn't figure out that playing aggressive was how they got up 5, went into defensive mode and Canada chipped away to win and get under the number.

About four years ago, they had a live game against Japan and Canada (J.Jones) in the 1-2 game. I had Japan to win at like +350. They were up by three with two ends to go and Canada was +1,000 to win the game. I thought to myself, how do I not sprinkle a little on Jen, to play it safe? I didn't Jen scored two in 9, 1 in 10 and 1 in 11 and four years later it still pains me. Damn live betting.

LOL...wish you wouldn't have told me about this...now I'm going to go crazy watching lines all night...

Sorry bud.  Me too, I will be running up the stairs checking out after each end. My wife should love me for that.

And that pretty much sums up my week. Nedohin can't put up more than 3 points to cash the over. Second time this week she screwed me on an over because she couldn't get what should have been a gimme deuce in the 9th end.

Scotland finishes 6-5...pretty respectable when you consider how terrible they were at times. They actually had a +2 point differential. By comparison, Canada was a -3...somehow still finished 7-4.

Nedohin's lead, trying to bump those two rocks back and missing them all, pretty much screwed it. One thing for the Scottish ladies, is they can really hit. That game by all rights should have been over, but like so many this week land on the magic 12. I was hoping, that knowing how thin she had to make that double she might sail it wide and give up the steal of two.

but I 100+ tabs of 40mg Celexa, the anti depressant SSRI, that i was prescribed but never took. if anyone who takes them and needs them they can have them for like $25. also have Risperidone1mg's that i never took either that i could throw in for a little more.

i don't need them, just rather see them go to someone who needs them than have them go to waste.
