Great stuff fellas, glad we are discussing this WC. Its only a short World Cup with plenty of mediocre teams.
Rekkles - not too sure about the Serbian's and why they didn't qualify. Just guessing that they didn't do very well in the Eurobasket and they didn't qualify due to that. By memory, Latvia upset them I think and that's why they qualified.
Some of these games today are pretty ugly and not too sure yet what the plays will be. Canada worries me because I read an article before the cup that they didn't have a so called "go to player" that can be clutch and really steer them the right way. The French definitely have the players and experience to get them the win today. I think the French just coasted through the other night but I think we see a big game from them. Haven't decided yet on that game.

Let’s start tonight with an over. As usual, no one has any answers to stopping Cambage. I see her playing big mins so Australia finish top spot and get 2 days off. Last game vs Argentina went under because of Argentina’s lack of scoring. The Aussies are yet to hit the 90 mark on their first 2 games but I think the can tonight with Turkey doing the rest of scoring to get this game over.
Not too sure about injuries for Greece. Very hard to find that information. Not liking the next game either. Total seems high and not sure China should be -8.5 favs but the Senegalese are a hard team to cap as well. So no play on that game either for me

I do think the USA get put the Latvians away by 40+ but hey, can we really trust them to cover these massive lines? One last hit out for them before the playoffs.
Nigeria shouldn't be laying -14.5 to any country, Argentina are awful but coming off a big loss to the Aussies who can't be stopped when they have Cambage.
I would take Belgium vs Spain but Wauters apparently is pretty banged up. Without her, Belgium lose a good scorer and something they need against the Spanish.

Stewart and Nneka doing great in the front court but something tells me blowout and I think its because of the high pace the Latvians play at. Well, team USA just managed to cover 1 quarter after losing 12 straight quarters ATS.Yet they do have a comfortable lead.I guess we should take team USA 4th q ATS as Latvia should not have any motivation or energy left like Aussie suggested earlier.The line is USA -6.5 (-34.5 full game)

Agree Cantwinemall.. Up by 28 heading into final quarter, they shouldn’t have let Latvia score 26 points in last quarter. They aren’t playing D and relying on their offense. Won’t back them again this tournament..

Really surprised that China is such a small favorite vs Japan. Thought they would lay a few more points as they crushed Japan 105-73 in the group stage of the Asian Games recently.

For the second game im leaning for another grind out similar to the game South Korea vs Greece we saw yesterday which ended 58-48 for Greece. The fact that neither Greece nor Nigera did have any rest does not make things better.
For the 3rd and 4th qualifier games no leans, except maybe that you would expect France and Spain (add homeocurt) to come out strong after their tough losses yesterday as they are by far the superior team.

I can’t believe the Nigerians almost blew that. Up by 15 late in the 3Q, they didn’t score a point I think for almost 6 minutes. Turnovers, offensive fouls, they got real lucky at the end there. Now they face the USA
