4/8 baseball discussion

• Braves again tomorrow ?
• Got to like Billingsley tomorrow but the price is too high
• Gollardo ?
• I know a lot of people will like Greinke tomorrow but he has really struggled vs the Chi-sox....3-8 4.94 in his career and 0-2 at US Cellular last year. Kind of like Floyd here at a short price. Floyd was 10-3 at home last year.
• Fade Carlos Silva ?
• Carmona ?

Yea Florida line has already dropped at my book from 150+ to now at -140....No way I touch the Nats...Florida is killing the ball. Damn didnt realize the Minny line was at -150 now...No way in hell I will lay 150 with the way Minny is hitting the ball. Silva could look like a stud tomorrow with that offense.

Tex/Cleveland is a tough one you are right

I cant back Greinke tomorrow....He is worse on the road and at night and he has struggled against the Chi-sox in his career. I would not be very happy with backing Floyd but I definantly lean that way.

Cubs -127, ~3.25 units to win 2.5. . .  Not sure what I'm going to do with this yet, but I had to take all of that horribly cheap price out there
KC +112, .6 units, trying to get the other .4 filled at +107
Braves +104, .5 unit, trying to get the other filled

Nats/Rangers/O's overs??????

Thoughts
-Balty all day long at that price, with that offense, against anyone
-Had no real lean on the Cubs game, just saw the cheap price and took it to do something with later.  I hate Mohler, I hate Lilly. . . hard to back either.
-KC should have taken it today. . .  here's to hoping they don't make the same mistake twice
-Nats throwing a righty tomorrow. . .  Fish shelled two lefties, here's a change of pace. . .  let's just hope Cabrera doesn't walk the world
-Braves, might as well take them to get the sweep with Blanton out there. In Two games, Phils have managed one run against Braves pitching, and Braves have blasted Phils pitching with the long ball
-Reds seem like the right side, but I want more + money
-Rays have value. . .  but I can't pull the trigger for some reason
-Oakland is waking up tonight. . . looking like a possible play tomorrow as well, but no rush as I think the line will come off of the -111 it is now and hopefully get closer to a pkem.

If I could have gotten the Cubs at -127 I would have been all over it. I saw the matchup tomorrow but then I saw my line and it was -142. I like Lilly tomorrow but not paying that for him.

Just looked at Jpero's thread and he has some stuff on that Uehera guy. Looks like he has not been very good. But hell that was in the person league I guess ?

Thought about Volquez at home but Pelfrey became a lot better pitcher last year. Tough game IMO

Kazmir does have a lot of value as I think Lester is overpriced. But I think that the Sox will win tomorrow. Lester was very dominant at home last year. Kaz gets wild and with a patient team like the Bosox he will get aggravated out there. He will also only give you about 5 and 1/3 innings

Speaking of lines taking a shit, that Nats line has went from +135 or so down to +122 in less than an hour

The Nats line took a huge drop at the greek about an hour ago

Line is definantly a little high.....I have a feeling that this number will drop some tomorrow....People see that big fat 140 beside Kaz tomorrow and will probably bite.
