Do you have any links supporting your claims that DeSantis acted like the pandemic was a hoax or are you vomiting back what you heard from your MSM 'echo chamber'? https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/covid-vaccine-tracker-global-distribution/us-vaccine-demographics.html Deathsantis has thrown caution to the wind for much of the pandemic ..No mask mandates or social distancing for the most part ... And yes minorities are being foolish not getting the vaccine ...I have a difficult time seeing other blacks spread vaccine misinformation on social media...Many morons like to compare it to the Tuskegee experiment.....Thankfully almost all of my family members and loved ones are vaccinated ..Unfortunately it took a death of a uncle for my younger relatives to realize the severity of Covid
You're like the only black dude that says "blacks". Sadly, vaccine hesitancy, and general mistrust of the government, is real amongst minorities. Most of my family have got it. One brother and one sister, who is anti-vax, has not. The sister, her daughter caught it at Mardi Gras 2020, her son, college athlete, has it, probably for the 2nd time. Had a mystery virus in fall of 2019 that was a textbook covid case. She nursed them back to health every time and is as fit as a whistle. To each their own. She's very much a "Hey, it's in God's hands." type of person and I respect it.
Vaccine hesitancy in the black community is as much a social economic thing as a racial thing. Most of my family are vaccinated, we're all doing well financially. That can be said for my extended family as well, atleast on my father's side. Go into the neighborhood where we grew up though and i'm sure it's a different story.
