That definitely was pass interference. There has been only 1 penalty so far. A reminder that refs usually "let em play" in the playoffs. 

CJ Stroud is 8 of 13. One of those incompletions was a clear drop by Schultz. Another one was Nico Collins falling, on a would be walk in TD.
