@OlDirtyBaztid In regards to Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen, along about just after the midseason mark Josh Allen lost his "fastball" and if he wasn't a Front-line Pitcher at say the NY Yankees,he would have shutdown and had Tommy John and sat out a year to rehab.Since that isn't done in the NFL ,Allen became in essense Lamar Jackson (a running back that can't throw deep) and since Bills didn't have much running game he would toss short and would often be the leading rusher also. Since Elbows don't really heal themselves we may see a First and have an Elite QB take off a year for rehab or watch an Elite QB quietly sink below the waves.
ahh i didn't even think about that injury. i suppose it's because he came out and smoked the vikings that game. good observation. regardless, and to getty's point, time is definitely not on the bills side. it's crazy how the bills can't ever seem to find their guy at rb, but somehow the chiefs find someone every year - whether that be some dude they pull off the waivers or a guy they draft that year who then fizzles out at the end of the season. so if we look at it in comparison to the chiefs, the coaching is a big factor. it's definitely clear that they miss daboll
No team is as good as it looks when winning nor are they as bad as they look when losing

It would never happen but the Bills should have promoted Daboll to HC and offered McDermott some kind of management role. He's a fine head coach but Daboll's smarts in the locker room and on the field is one in a million.

What do you guys make of this? Kittle is the first of 2 TE's on the end of the line. The outside TE is off the line of scrimmage. There is a guard and tackle to Kittle's right. I think he's eligible.
The reason that Kittles is ineligible, and it is ridiculous that the refs missed this, is because he is 'covered' by the receiver to his left.
Any receiver who is on the LOS is no longer an eligible receiver if the receiver closest to him (going towards the sideline) is also on the LOS.
That is the NFL rule and not open to interpretation or unique scenarios

Last meeting was 9/19/21 won by Niners 17-11. Hurts was making his 6th career start. Detroit/Jags/Arizona/Chicago held Hurts to his 4 lowest Passer Ratings pre-injury. What do they have in common? I'm not sure but I'm throwing it out there. One common thing in those games was he did not throw a TD pass. I'm not a huge believer of his, but he does win games no matter where he is. Both solid in Team Ranks, outliers are Niners pass defense (20th) and Eagles Rush D (16th, not bad but their weakest stat). Brock Purdy had his first game without a TD pass against Dallas. Joey Bosa looked like he may have dinged his side/hip in the 2nd half on Sunday but played through.
AFC Champ:
Bengals 3-0 against Chiefs in last 2 seasons, winning each game by 3. Joe Burrow is 78-108 for 982 yards 8 TD/1 INT in those 3 games. Kelce held in check in the 2 regular season games (only 6 targets this year, 4-56)but did get 10-95 in last years AFC Champ game. Sunday Night temps around 10 degrees. Mahomes ankle will be the story of the week. Worries about Bengals OL injuries proved to be overblown as they dominated. Chiefs were 22nd in Turnover Margin during Reg Season. Whoever can run better and protect the ball will be sitting pretty.

Think we might be under estimating how 1-dimensional the bills attack had been most of the season....chiefs can run the ball decently well....Bengals decent against the run

Why such a bias against Wyoming? If he was from Maryland, another piss poor CFB program you'd think he was being held back by the coaches or something. Joe Flacco went to Delaware and won you a Super Bowl. McNair also played for you and went to Alcorn St. Lamar is from Louisville not a Power 5 school.

I think he's saying that Allen was used to those conditions and should have had an advantage. We all know in these parts that it does snow in Laramie in November!

There is a better chance of Cy betting an under than there is of him not playing on Sunday night...
This I agree with. Couldn't believe that Chad Henne was KCs backup. He did surprisingly well for that one drive. I remember the Jaguars signing him as a free agent. Seems like 10 years ago. Probably was.

He made a season saving scramble against the Browns in 2019 Divisional at 57 years old
