I also had a lot about the Giants too. Off the top of my head, the last time the Giants had a bye, Saquon got 35 carries, and Danny Dimes was sharp. They sat them last week amongst other starters. They'll be fresh.

LVE is the D signal caller, and is known for calling out the offenses plays once they get set at the LOS. Smartest player on the team, and their best LBer at stopping the run this season.

Hankins ability to clog holes and keep the LBers clean is well known.

The reason having those 2 back is important vs a team who may not try to run a bunch anyway, is that it frees up the Cowboys 3 safeties to either blitz, or provide help to whichever schlep plays CB2 this week (newly signed Xavier Rhodes will get his fair share of plays there)

Without LVE and Hankins, Dallas is susceptible to having the ball run down their throats, even by teams who don't run it well. If they shut down the run without dropping an 8th into the box, I don't believe the game will be very close
