And for you Caleb naysayers.....haven't I been saying this all along...the kid is no good...I told all y'all....his O line isn't helping, but I just never liked the kid for pros as I thought he was only somewhat good in college, but that's college...time will tell for Caleb, but I wasn't sold on him coming out and making a difference right away or if at all...he may be one of them Jamarcus Russell type QB's where the college fluffed them up but the pros ate them up...if Caleb ever goes to the Raiders then we know what that means....it's where players go to die....

 

Have not been a fan of Caleb and comes as no real surprise to me as I have been down on his stock since the jump thumbs_down

 

It is surprising if players are calling for his benching, but that is because it's tough to play a game and loose each week....players just want to win or see that there is a potential for winning and if they are calling for his hair to sit then that speaks volume to the team comradery.... Caleb may have reached the go no go point of this season with his teammates and his money stuffed pockets....seems like all high paid QB's this past offseason are lame ducks in a pond full of geese...time to quip

Panthers +11.5(-110) *3.30/3.00

ML(+490) *.70/3.43

DK posted a ML. I've lost 70 bucks on worse bets. I can feel this one in my taint, it's hitting.

good point...I, unfortunately, had the privilege of watching him week in and week out given that USC is my regional coverage out here in Cali....he was okay as a college QB, but he never wowed me even as a heisman trophy winner...he put up gaudy numbers but that's because they threw all the time without a decent run game and because of the competition they played....let's face it, the Pac 12 was and had been dismal except for a couple of teams....

 

Bench Caleb and let Flacco or Dalton play even if they are playing for multiple teams....these guys are so durable they could playing a morning game and then finish with a night game until they are 60.....and speaking of back up QB's, there really are no good ones out there...the QB position has taken a shit in the NFL in both starters and back ups....look at the talent out there...it's bleak...

I have some delightful news my friends. 

The Detroit Lions could make the SB this year, by all means I think they are the best team in the nfl right now. 

Good thing for us, because the Gatorade guy is a current member of the Detroit Lions.

I'll be diligent and keep you guys posted if they get there.
