TNF Dall -5.5/47.5 NO Other than coaches, the covid doesn't seem to be an issue with the Cowboys roster. In fact both Coop and Zeke are expected to play although both are more stars in name than actual production. This seems like an all or nothing game for New Orleans. They either play their best game of the season and keep the playoffs alive or splinter into a pile of bread crumbs waiting to be toasted atop a casserole.
NYG +3/41.5 MIA Don't look now but the Dolphins have won 4 straight, which leaves me pause as to why they're not favored by more. Between the coaches, team strengths, and slow south FL turf, this has all the makings of a 17-13 game and the low total reflects it.
Minn -7/47 DET I assume people will be on the Vikes, but buyer beware. 4th road game in 5 weeks for Minny and last week's loss was a dagger in the back. Lions are used to losing in the final minute and have the benefit of a mini-bye.
Arizona -8/45 CHI Normally I'd be looking at the Bears at this inflated number, but the ugly stories about the team quitting on Nagy leads me to believe the oddsmaker knows what's up and is setting a glorious trap for Bears bettors.
Tampa -11.5/50.5 ATLA Obviously a one sided matchup but do I dare sense a letdown game for the Bucs? Probably not enough to lose but enough to skate by with a 6-10 point win. The Falcons stink but I'd expect their very best effort. A first half bet on Atlanta makes the most sense.
Indy -9.5/46 HOU Texaco just lost a home game to the Jets and now they get a divisional foe who is the best team in the NFL without a winning record by far. It's a hefty number to play, but I'd feel silly to be on the Texans and find them trailing 24-0 at halftime which is what will most likely happen.
Philly -6.5/45 NYJ Strange situation where a team is playing a second straight road game on the exact field they played on last week. I don't believe for a second the Jets fluke win over Houston last week has this team feeling any better about themselves, but I just can't warm up to the Eagles either. Maybe one of you has a strong opinion on this one, because I don't.
Charge +3/50.5 CINCI This is the one game I'd watch on Sunday if I could choose only one. We've been on the Bengals being better than advertised since early this season. Diego always seems to find themselves in these horrible scheduling spots when they most need a win. No result would surprise me but maybe a letdown spot for Cinci? They were pretty full of themselves after flogging the Steelers.
WTF? +2.5/49 LV Raiders on 10 days rest, Skins on short week traveling to west coast time. Vegas may not be playoff caliber but that upset of Dallas has to make them feel like they could do it. I like the home field energy at that stadium to lift the Raiders up to a win.
Jax +13/48 LARAM They could have made this number 17 and I'd still be interested in the Rams. At 13 they're selling and I'm buying. Unless something internally is eating at the Rams, I fully expect a complete beatdown in every phase of the game
