Salamanders pass D took up where they left off giving up 280 to Tampa, I don't see Gints posing that kinda threat but all week the talking heads have roasted Danny Dimes ( rightfully so) but I get a nagging feeling that the Skin should have opened @ 3. One would think Jayden D. could do enough to get it done....right. an_roll_laugh

Know your roots:

— Random trivia: When the New York Jets started playing in the AFL in 1960, they were the New York Titans, not the Jets- they became the Jets in 1963.

When the Tennessee Titans started playing in the AFL in 1960, they were the Houston Oilers; they moved to Tennessee in 1997. Oilers won the first two AFL titles, way back when.

This week, the old Titans (the Jets) meet the current Titans (the old Oilers) in Nashville. Armadillo sports page had this today. History!!

Panthers had 58 yards rushing against Saints though it must be noted they were down early and had to play catch up. Bolts allowed 71 yds to Vegas. If Panthers can not generate a ground game how they gonna win. I have a sneaky feeling they might do just enough.It actually works like this, if I bet on Panthers they lose if I bet against Panthers they lose..but cover. peace_5

Did you know, of the 4 current afc north teams, if you had to rank them for afc north title wins, the Jets rank 5th?

How can this be you ask? The Baltimore Colts have more afc north titles than the Jets.

No nickname has been used more than Cardinals in the history of the NFL. Chicago, St. Louis, Phoenix, and after moving to the suburb of Glendale... the Arizona Cardinals.

Going south of someone here but Ty Hill Under 94.5 rec yds and Jay Waddle over 67 rec yards. Also Bills +2.5/ML for game. I'm not high on Buff long term but they seem to be in the best spot for this short week game.

Is Near East brand rice pilaf the greatest home cooked side dish? Asking for any wrong opinions if not. peace_5

Bad start with week 1, let me just feel fortunate for the 2 pushes and move on with a positive outlook.

Miami -2.5(-112) *1.00/.89

I don't think that the RB injury situation for Miami will be a big deal. McDaniel came from SF where he was the run game coordinator, and we all saw what a good system can do even with a no name backup toting the rock. I'm referring to the Niners and Jets game with CMC out.

I don't think that the Bills are as good as years past. They've lost a ton of players. Barely skating by the Cardinals at home, to going otr on a short week against a divisional opponent is a tough chore.

I agree, Bills chance to go to the Super Bowl has passed...they are in a decline mode not upticking..

Miami, may need those cops help to cover tonight...that choke take down would be ideal between the 50's tonight...

I actually do not see either defense prevailing tonight....I'm thinking that there are more points scored tonight than a tijuana hooker in a red mule dress...teams put on a show tonight even though it goes against Thursday night Amazon Prime stats to take unders...this will slips up the common folk who blindly bet unders on Thursday...both should reach 30+ points.... peace_5
