Jets -4 (-105) $50 to win $47
Commanders -1 (-115) $50 to win $43

Pulled back from the Jags play (-3) once I read that Engram was out.

I see a disappointing trend here in the box...
Every week will we see...
Hugh on the Cowboys, BigRed on the Ravens(nothing new), Icon on the Chargers, Getty on the Jags?
But hell it's been working(minus the Shrimp), maybe I should just go Bears ML?
In all seriousness, good luck everyone

My only gut feeling is that the Patriots lose and KC covers.
BOL everyone
Stat of the day: Cowboys have 16 straight home regular season wins.

Haha .... Part of it is we know our teams well. Harbaugh did something that Staley hasn't done when playing away games. He flys out on Friday instead of Saturday (for Sunday games). It gives the team an extra day of acclimation, and it worked well when Anthony Lynn did that. (When the Chargers were a magnificent team in the road.) The defense is also playing a lot better under Minter, which should spell out a rough game for an already struggling QB in Young.
If I'm never sure if an outcome, I'd just lay off.
I figured this would come up, though (ie., "here's another home pick from iCon!")
Good luck with your Bears on the SNF game.

Kind of surprised at how flat the Cowboys are against the Saints. Or is it that he Saints are looking really good this week, and their trouncing of the Panthers last week was a lot more Saints than the Panthers sucking.

@iConsciousness
And the Cowboys are not as good as the Browns were bad, last week.
Luckily we have some guy here, who will explain what's up with them.
As I was writing that the Saints make it 21-6, damn.

@yaongingy
Down by only 2 scores with the ball in their hands with 2 minutes left. Maybe they bring it to a one score game by the end of the half. They get the ball to start off the 2nd half.
No skin in this game, but in my mind thought it would be more of a tighter game than it is now.

Fwiw, the Saints are the #1 dvoa team in the nfl. Although the auditor himself questioned the same thing because it was vs the Panthers.
Also, perhaps the Browns missing both starting OT's last week was the biggest problem vs a really good pass rush. The Saints are currently getting the ball off quickly with some neat play designs to Kamara

One thing is for sure, Bryce Young is the worst qb in the nfl. Being the #1 overall pick himself, I can only forsee a similar future for Caleb Williams. This is the pessimist Bears side of me, I can't help it. Obviously I want him to be good.
Trevor Lawrence looks awful. He threw what should of been a pick 6 but the DB dropped it.
You can't help but see flashes of Lamar Jackson when watching Jayden Daniels. Except Daniels is all ready a much better passer.
Are the Titans a lot better than people think of them, or are the Jets that bad? Hard to tell.
Assuming the Saints score here, it will be hard for them boys to overcome it. And good lord will the banter between BigRed and Hugh be one for the ages. I'm regretting not betting the Saints, as it was the first eye popping look ahead line imo.
All these halftime assessments may mean nothing after the games are over.

They are toast, the Saints aren't making any mistakes and they just destroyed them.
Agree on the over, also took that in some parlay.
35 points allowed in the first half, tied for franchise history.

Cowboys defense with an all-time brutal effort.
Great play calling and execution by the Saints.
T Lawrence has 16yds passing in the 1st half

Some halftime passing stats;
T Lawrence 16yds
Bryce Young 23yds
Malik Willis 25yds
Anthony Richardson 41yds
We have not seen abysmal numbers like this since they wore leather helmets

Lawrence missing his TE is big...
That and his hair looks greasy today...he needs a lil head n shoulders

It's quite amazing isn't it?
And year after year QB's are on top of every team's draft board. Fantasy football has it right, wait to draft your qb, build the team in a different way. Maybe make the damn qb sit a couple years behind a veteran, like the good ole days.

So the Packers win, their 12th straight home opening game win, and I took the over. Richardson INT should be an automatic bet, every week.

Get outta town Biscuiteater
Only regret is not sprinkling the ML as I usually do on dogs.
TW and I are currently spooning in his igloo, crying and eating cake while watching the Seahawks.
