When are they gonna unleash Javonte Williams? I assume this offense will continue to be vanilla until they do. Browns injuries are piling up and boy did Baker look to be in some pain yesterday. Who is the back up? Will be see a combo of D'Ernest Johnson and Demetric Felton in the backfield? Who? Could/should be another ugly TNF under game.
Bengals Ravens -6.5 / 47.5
Both teams stock on the rise. Burrow the real deal. Will be even deadlier when he gets his compliment of weapons all back and healthy. Defense is playing surprisingly well ever since going into Pitt in week 3. I know they looked fine in week 2 but it was the Bears ( sorry Sac and ODB ) Will be their toughest test to date against that Punt Returner playing QB and getting their first rounder back.
Panthers -2.5 Giants / 43
Darnold quickly reverting back to NYJ Darnold. However, this Giants team is on the verge of packing in the 2021 season already and this could be a nice "get right" game for the cats and get them back on track from their hot start. I dislike laying points OTR but might have to back them here.
WFT Packers -9.5 / 49
Packers continue to find ways to win. Week 1 seems like a lifetime ago. The season of "fuck you" for A Rod in full effect and this porous WTF defense ( yes, WTF ) will do nothing to stop this train. Likely Gibson will miss this one so you will see tons of Mckissic who is very explosive outta the passing game so expect a bunch of points here. Not sure I can lay almost 10 with this team yet. I still have this feeling this team isn't that good. I could be in the minority
Falcons -2.5 Phins / 47.5
Falcons off a bye and I'm assuming Ridley will be back and healthy. Phins off travel and jet lag from blowing yet another one to the Gettys. Pitts party finally broke out last week and with no real run game in sight this team will lean heavily on their outside weapons and 57 year old Matty Ice. As sac pointed out the line has moved significantly in the favor of the Birds and rightfully so. This Phins team is atrocious.

Here we go......its bye week season
TNF
Broncos Brownies -3.5 / 42.5

How about them Cowboys? Bill off 2 losses in their last 3 now, both of which were heartbreakers and 1 they almost didn't win to the hapless Texans. The same Texans team who couldnt move the ball at all vs the Colts and Bills. Is this defense actually bad? Or do we see a nice "get right" game against a rookie QB that Bill loves to gameplan against and eat up? I have very little good things to say about the Jets other than they are off a bye? gulp.
Lions Rams -15 / 50
Goff vs the old squad. Coach essentially called him out after last game. Does he have the weapons though to even keep this number close? The Rams are looking like world beaters again and very little are talking about them right now with the Cards and Cows doing their thing but make no mistake, this team is really really good and have nice spot schedule leading into their bye week. I don't see them losing before that bye.
Eagles Raiders -3 / 49
Go fish
Bears Buccs -13 / 47
Whats gonna be the formula here for the Bears to keep within the number? Is there a formula against Brady? If Nagy can get a little creative with the playbook and utilize some Jakheem Grant I could def see it. Herbert was a nice bright spot for them last week but you simply don't run against the Bucs so I don't see him being that effective. 47 seems a tad high for a game that could easily be 29-14
Texans Cards -17 / 47
Kyler/Dak neck and neck for MVP right now. Kyler the ultimate weapon on any offense run/pass. Made this Browns Defense that we thought was really good outside of the LAC game look silly. Texans are not even an NFL team right now. I think Georgia would give them a run. Cards TT might be 33.5 in this one.
Colts Niners -3.5 / 45
Shanny off a bye and Wentz has looked good/great in 2 straight. You know what that means? Can I find a prop on number of Wentz turnovers for this one and I might lay the mortgage on that. What exactly are the Niners this year? Have they established an identity that is sustainable yet? Lance aint ready, I liked their chances better this year with Jimmy G sadly. Pass
MNF
Saints -5 Hawks / 43.5
Hawks are lifeless on defense and now lifeless on offense with Geno. He looked great coming in relief 2 weeks ago but that was before any coach could gameplan against him. The cover last night was more of a knock on the Steelers than anything else. Saints off a bye and they still have a really good head coach and seem to be getting healthy. Still a tad Jeykll and Hyde for me to lock anything for a Monday night just yet. Home dog, getting 5 on MNF with the 12s? Seems too easy
Man, this is harder than I thought. But, I think we've covered all the games.
What do you want to discuss ?

Nice work D....I think Case Keenan starts for the Brownies but line isnt saying much right now , we will have to get an update from BWS as he usually sits with his buddies at the Arbys table today , much like they did in the movie Major League

Go fish, indeed. I haven't looked at lines yet, but that can't be right.
Did they really throw out a 3 on this game?
I said last week that I felt the Raiders would play a good "F U Gruden" game vs Denver, and then either stay in the mindset for the season, or the wheels would come off after one game. The line maker has spoken as to which way they believe the team will go.

FWIW, Damien Williams will essentially be off a bye(for himself) as he's not suffering from covid symptoms. Look ahead was Bears +7, now the line is +13?
The Bears beat TB last year where Brady forgot what down it was on the final drive. Revenge I suppose. Bucs off a bye is scary.
Books got crushed by favs and most certainly teasers(except TW's Bills teaser). A lot of these lines must be jacked because of teaser protection too I'd guess.
My gut tells me to stick with undervalued dogs this week, cause what comes around goes around.

1-9 last week for -8.20. If I know how to do anything right, it's minimizing risk on my losses. Just don't ask me to pick a winner.
Week 7:
Falcons +2.5(-110) *2.00/1.82
The Dolphins got the ultimate shaft from the nfl by not getting a bye after London. I thought it was a guaranteed thing no? And have to play the Falcons off a bye to boot.
Matty Ice is getting comfortable in his new offense. Last 3: 8 TD, 0 INT, 69.11% COMP, 110.80 QBR.
Tua sucks

I actually thought that was Tua's best game in the league last week

Teams playing in London have the first right to take the next week off or use the bye later in the season. Miami chose not to take it this week.
So the Falcons have 2 wins, both over the New York teams (combined record of 2-9). One by a field goal, the other by a TD after nearly blowing all of a 17 point lead. Tell me again why they should be a road favorite over the Lions much less the Dolphins again? Not trying to be a negative Nancy, but I hate that bet.

I got em at +2.5 fwiw. They'll probably lose by 3. How do you rate the Phins compared to nyg and nyj? It's not like they are stepping up in competition here.

That former TB field goal kicker? Okay sir, I'll work on my XP form and move back 5 yards until I perfect the jump in the air and celebrate routine without popping a knee ligament...I won't let you down coach

I wouldnt necessarily call those write ups just more spewing all my initial thoughts out late on a Sunday night before the inevitable covers crash or 505 error and all is lost before I can post. I did get the 4000 character warning and I thought all was lost but we salvaged.
