Since the views of this thread are lower than carpet sales in the Baltimore area, I shall say this, I see a lot of Browns love and those folks will be burning their tickets imo.
The Cleveland Browns are 2-2, and have faced Baker Mayfield, Joe Flacco, Mitchell Trubisky and Marcus Mariotta. Marriota is the only one with a + dvoa rating(+3.1%) and a qbr that almost gets to 50(49.6).
The Chargers are 2-2 and have faced Derek Carr, Patrick Mahomes, Trevor Lawrence and Davis Mills. Mills ranks 20.2% better than Baker by dvoa if you are setting a barometer.
Fwiw, Herbert and the Chargers had KC beat, in KC when he injured his ribs. He was clearly in the worst of pain but continued to play. That's when some bloke from KC picked him off and went 99 yards to the house. The following week he started vs the Jags when he shouldn't of started. Trevor and the Jags won convincingly.
I think he's going to be healthier this week, and he's a legit stud qb in the nfl. #1 in dyar, #5 in dvoa. And that includes his injury rattled self in the 4th quarter of the kc game and entire Jags game.
How much can Nick Chub do for the Browns to win this game? Brissett has been good, not great, not terrible, but it's Brissett. The injury list for the Browns is long.

@undermysac that the team didnt kick the FG to go up 3 late...
That's the point I was trying to make in post #81.
Peters had the balls to say something, so Harbaugh punishes him like a dictator in a sense. You can't tell me that there are a handful of other guys on the team pissed off about the decision.
Bad look for Harbaugh. This has to of created some discord with the team imo.

Can someone explain to me what Peters did exactly. I'm not sure. BigRed said that he was barking at the coach. I saw a couple replays of it, not sure what he said. I'm fairly certain that he's upset with Harbaugh for not kicking the fg.

Week 6 look ahead: Jags +2.5(-110) *1.10/1.00 ML(+115) *.50/.58 Locked in. Anticipating that I'll be able to get the Colts on the plus side when that time comes, cross fingers on injuries.
+1.5(-110), +110 ML at Draft Kings
-1(-110) at Betonline
No line at Bovada

Per my source Peters told Harbaugh "Some Big Red dude has us on the moneyline and you do that to him? Don't be cruel muthafucka." I'm standing by my sources until proven otherwise.

You remember we talked about taking this to the mains last year? If you're so upset that we're not selling the product properly and being influencers, then I strongly suggest putting next week's newsletter in the NFL Forum. I'm not being sarcastic, I think it would be a shot in the arm for the product and increase availabilty and ultimately sales..

Full disclosure. I did a 5AM to 11 AM shift at Home Depot this morning (keeps me busy) then met my youngest son for a round of golf at noon. I brought a cooler of 9 quality Ancient City Ales and brought home 1. My son had 2. And I kicked his butt anyways. Shot 82 on a par 72. He's going to the Jags game tomorrow with his fiance. I am not.

This much is a fact, on the next to last play with around 40 secs left the plan was to let them score, they ran the ball up the middle and apparently not everyone got the word because he was tackled around the 4. With no timeouts left Shuffle ticked of the secs, called timeout and kicked the wining fg.It could have been related to that or, not taking the fg on our last possession. Which imho would have been the right call, even though on that play we had Duvernay wide open but someone,i cant recall failed to block his man and that threw a left hand monkey wrench into the play. Harbaugh wanted to have it both ways and blamed analytics. He later said all was peachy with him and Peters. Christ i need a smoke after this.
