yea. i was thinking the same thing. if he was upset about not getting a job before, he's really going to be upset now. and the nfl isn't going to be taking his side on this one, already saying these claims are made without merit. the nfl is usually pretty quick to sway whichever the media goes. as much as i like flores, this is no bueno for him and his days in the nfl are probably done for.

i can't agree with this. flores is the coach, he is not the owner and he is not the gm. you don't go to your owner and say i don't like my manager, fire him or we have issues. (i fucking HATED my manager when i was 24 and reported her for lacking the correct skills to run a successful sales team. i got fired a week later. no real rhyme or reason other than the gm sticking up for his manager. ironically, my manager was black, too). the owner already thinks tua is the face of the organization. while i don't think so, and do agree with flores, you don't give the ultimatum to your boss. if my employee did that, he would also be kickin' rocks. it's not a matter of race or politics, it's a matter of insubordination. your job is to coach the team you have, not negotiate huge roster moves involving a guy that's under the gun for like 1000 pending sexual assault cases. i like watson as well, i hope he gets out of this situation, and i was hoping to see him and flores together. sure, the dolphins owner is an imbecile, but it's his team. i'm sure when flores was interviewed, everyone knew he had been giving the gm and owner of the team shit, and i'm sure that made an impact on their decision making when they had others in line who were just as qualified with less complications
