Blame anti-vaxxers who are a zealous pro death cult with a perverse misguided delusion of freedom.  The problem is that their recklessness drags many people to their doom.  Some have said that not taking the vaccine is like not wearing a seat belt.  But it's more like being trapped in a car hijacked by a crazy driver who refuse to wear a seat belt and drive full speed toward oncoming traffic while blaming everyone for going the wrong way.
