"What is a fact about a poll? It is an opinion. And again the poll is skewed heavily Republican. You Republicans tend to only trust the polls when they suit a narrative interesting. I constantly heard how inaccurate they were during the 2020 cycle or when they reported Trump's approval was low. But now that you can find one that supports negative views of Hunter Biden, polls are gospel and highly reputable. So interesting how that works with the likes of you. And no I don't trust this poll, I don't think the majority of the country gives a $ht about Hunter Biden. Only the die hard, committed, Trumpers."
Yes---it is an amalgamation of opinions. Nobody is asking for the definition of a poll.
We have established that a poll was done. Sure, polls are not exact science and sometimes the concluding evidence will prove them wrong. This one is reputable. No, it was NOT skewed Republican -- that was the EXACT reason for doing the poll -- to get the views of the Democrats.
This is from IBD: "After proving to be America's most accurate national poll in the 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 presidential elections, results for 2020 show the IBD/TIPP poll has done it again. IBD/TIPP has now been the most accurate in each of the last five election cycles."
So, now that part is established as well -- and includes the 2020 cycle. I am not asking for you to try to dispute that a poll was done or that the poll was not done by a reliable place. These are simply established facts at this point.
Again, I do not care about Trump and have no idea why that is your go-to on everything that you cannot argue or debate about.
I also do not think you understand what the poll was about. The poll was NOT about whether people had negative views about Hunter Biden? It was about whether people would have been influenced by the information or if it might have changed their minds.
This is the part I would like to see you address.
You seem to not believe there was a poll conducted; I think you admitted being wrong about that.
You seem to not believe that the poll was done by a reputable place; I think that it has been established that it was.
So, what I would like to see you argue is whether you think the poll is accurate. You do not seem to think so.
I believe that for the ones of you that are far Leftists -- No, it would not have mattered.
But for the more centrists-voting Democrats, I think it would have -- and this poll seems to agree.
So, my question to you is since you do not think so, why not? What would you use to back your case up?
Certainly the Left unite behind their candidates better the the Right does -- I have always said this. Republicans will sit right at home and not vote at all if they do not like their candidate. The Democrats do not. I have always argued about McCain and Romney being examples of this.
If you do not think something like this would sway the Left, why not? What would?
