Let's see, one more time:

Stache offers a free contest online, weekly 5 picks which doesn't involve any risk of release of personal information/address, etc., only risk of exposure of incompetence by performance. GG, instead of accepting, which he could still do, counters with different rules and $25K wager.

Hoo accepts the offer on GGs terms, however, and suggests sending the money to a reputable book to hold and post plays for all too see.  GG, instead of accepting, balks opining that sending money to an offshore book is a 'nightmare' and says we need a lawyer and a contract. Hoo again accepts.

GG contacts a lawyer and decides not only can he not send his money to an offshore book, he also cannot enter into a contract because, yes, in any written contract, the competent parties must be known to one another in order to make the contract enforceable.

Sooo.....

GG backs out of Stache's contest, which he can still enter, without exposing his money, nor his name/personal information to risk. 

GG backs out of sending funds to an offshore book to hold the funds to participate in a contest where he defined the terms.

GG backs out of entering into a contract to participate in a contest where he defined the terms.


WahooS, I will truly miss your posts next season, as I know many here will, but at least you may find some comfort in knowing you went out with a bang - this thread may be your greatest contribution to covers.
