NFL Props Football: No player kneels during the National Anthem -825
Yes, I know there is mega-chalk here. But I'll bet anything that has better odds than what is being offered. That is what makes a winning bettor.
The reasoning?
1. Fact: No Pats player has kneeled during the entire 2017-2018 season.
2. Fact: The only player who protested for the Eagles in the 2017 that brought significant attention was Malcolm Jenkins.
3. Fact: Jenkins never even kneeled. He raised his fist. Chris Long of the Eagles joined him in protest in August, by putting his arm around him.
4. Fact: Jenkins has stopped raising his fist in recent weeks after the NFL said they donate $90+ million to social and racial justice campaigns. Therefore, there are currently no Eagles players under protest, or at least demonstrating it publicly.
5. Fact: Not a single player has kneeled during the NFL playoffs this year.
As an added layer to all the above this is a game where players are instructed to focus on the game on the biggest stage of their life. Many players will be too focused on the field than on protest.
Yes you may think I'm crazy, but I only need to win it in around 2 minutes.
Makes me far more comfortable than sweating out the game itself, even at these odds.
