Ok let me help you little kid. Do you know what the definition of the word “patriot” is?
And also this is all fairly recent stuff. Most of the players and coaches, refs involved are still working for the company in some capacity. No one’s on their death bed yet. However we still have had guys blow the whistle on this stuff. Like I said in the very beginning of this thread check the tweet deleted by Jalen Ramsey that he was punished by the league for.

At the end of the day I really don’t care what y’all believe I’m just pointing out the stuff that’s been going on that’s pretty hard to believe is all just “honest mistakes”.

@P33PGame
Duh. You really that stupid to ask that? The point was dumbass, if they were going to "help" teams it'd make more sense to help the teams in the cities where the shit went down. But, noooooooo.
The Eagles must have won the Super Bowl since it's the eagle is our national symbol. I am shocked that they decided to say fuck you to the 76ers in the NBA, then waited until 2019 for the Nationals to win the World Series.
Nope, the team that got the help was New England! Screw the other teams that show pride in the U.S.A. with their names
Congrats again on the dumb post.

In other words , Everything in reality is 2nd grade level understanding for you. People with billions of dollars couldn't possibly fool you with esoteric things and symbolism etc.
The Patriot act was passed Oct 2001. Pats first SB win, 2002.
Again you're saying.. if they don't do it the way you can grasp it or think it should be done, then it's not actually happening? A bit lacking in critical thought.

Meh whatever I’m over this conversation. Feel free to check out the stuff posted in here. Or not. There is something to it though when a team down 23-9 scores a TD on Hail Mary and then goes for 2 with 12 seconds left in the 4th quarter to make the score 23-17. To me there most definitely is. Similar to what happened with the Eagles against the Bucs last week. Both spreads were Eagles +6.5.
If your reason for this decision is that two different head coaches of the same franchise, in different seasons, both believe that going for 2 is “the analytically better decision” then why did they kick the XP on the other 4 TDs they scored. It would make more sense to go for 2 earlier in the game if “analytics” was the reason.

Lol at questionable. It's called blatantly lying even though film says otherwise.
....or you're talking about million dollar coaches making 5th grader decisions.

Listen it’s not that. You don’t even have an answer for why a team would go for 2 in those situations. You don’t have an answer for all of the unbelievably shady things that occurred in Super Bowl 51. You don’t have an answer for all the shady stuff in that Chiefs/Browns game. No answer for the pee-wee level tackling by the Titans on perhaps one of the slowest if not thee slowest 30+ yard TD run. All the shit that went down in the Seahawks/Steelers super bowl, the Jerome Bettis farewell game. All the shady calls poster boy Brady has received. And these are just A FEW examples. There are way more out there.
And btw no I didn’t bully anyone growing up I was a good kid!!

It makes sense to go for two there. If you estimate extra point make percentage at 100% and 2-point conversion make percentage at 50%. It breaks down like this: 1. Extra point + Extra point = 100% chance of tying when you score twice. 2. a. First 2-point conversion has a 50% chance of making. If you make it, you kick an extra point at 100% accuracy. This means that you win 50% of the time when you score twice. b. If you miss the first 2-point, then you can try again on the second one for a 50% chance again of tying. 50% x 50% = 25%, so you tie 25% of the time. c. If you miss both, you lose 25% of the time. So if you go for extra points, your W/T/L percentage is 0/100/0 but if you go for 2-points it's 50/25/25. If you consider that the ties take you to overtime where you have a roughly 50/50 chance of winning or losing at that point, they become 50/0/50 for EPs and 62.5/0/37.5 for 2Ps. In reality, the extra points perform even worse when you consider that extra points are less than 100% in reality while 2 points are almost exactly 50%. And if your chance of winning in overtime is less than 50%, it skews even harder towards two point tries.
OR, its all a conspiracy, because then I dont have to try and think. Or critically think.

Ding Ding, here comes the tinfoil hat brigade! One question yet again: WHY would you bet, watch, and comment on a game you think is "scripted"? Do you understand how stupid you all sound? I promise you, if the NFL were rigged, thousands of people (former and current players, staff, etc.) would have come forward to report on this. Do you know why??? Because they would be given financial incentive to do so by any number of media organizations. Yet nobody involved in the NFL past or present has even made up a story that the NFL are fixed. That should tell you something! I really enjoyed the guy who told me they all signed NDA's and chose to honor them even though they were broke and sleeping in their cars. Hopefully I can find him again, as I want him to manage my financial portfolio! NOT!!!

What would they get? From who? A mediocre book deal? A couple interviews?
They make more money playing than they ever would explaining the reality.
You really arent thinking this through at all.
You're assuming they're all honest people.

Its obvious Metcalf is on the Pit moneyline because he didn't run out of bounds and then fumbles on purpose! This is so scripted!
but his plan does not succeed!

Why not? What difference does it make?. Plenty of gamblers know it's bullshit and still gamble. Gambling, It's simply another sport
you aren't coming to any conclusion here.
Nothing stupid about it. You just choose to be confused by it.

@Raiderpug
Except you’re mixing up mistakes like fumbles with premeditated decisions like passing the ball when your team is up by 16 points on 3rd and 1 - in shotgun formation with an empty back field no less - with roughly 8.5 minutes left in the 4th quarter of the fuckin Super Bowl. You should probably let that pug make your major life decisions for you, you’re not that bright.

I guess you are forgetting about the thousands of people who aren't playing or working in the league anymore.
This discussion has become so exhausting as to become comical. A couple of book deals??? Some interviews???
How about a few bucks in their pocket so they can survive? You do realize not everyone walked away from the NFL
mil in the bank.

Lol same old tired reasoning. The lacky 3 year players hardly know much nor do they need to .
Dumb ass jock vs. Billion dollar industry. He gets crucified and laughed at in media. Th tv people make sure he's made fun of. They make a billion. No one will let anyone broadcast the truth. The nfl has a thousand lawyers.
But guess what, the nfl admits what they are every telecast but you can't grasp the obvious. Players call themselves entertainers. The league calls their games a presentation..not a competition.
They flipped the script bla bla
Couldn't have written a better script bla bla.

So now you are just making things up on the fly, eh? Suppose when you run out of talking points from planet Ding Dong, that's the next obvious pivot of deflection...carry on clown

@Originalsix88
Dude who’s saying this shit started back in the 60s? I’ve already explained how starting in the late 80s through the 90s and most of the 00s none of this stuff even occurred to myself or anyone I knew. That’s just speaking from my own experience. But nobody complained about this stuff or even batted an eyelash. Absolutely backwards coaching “decisions” were not being made back then or at least not even 1% as often as they’re being made now.
Now over the past 10-15 years the amount of games that have been lost due to children playing Madden type of play calling and unbelievable reffing - WITH THE ADDED BENEFIT OF REPLAY WHICH WAS NOT AVAILABLE PRIOR TO AROUND 2000 - is eye opening. That’s what I’m saying.

I just realized I am wasting my time, and am as bad the the rest of the scripted crew. Most likely you all are just trolling the rest of us sports bettors, and are trying to aggravate us. Good luck brother, I am going to stick to commenting on threads with real information. Thanks.
