Well, he missed more FGA than the next highest player on the team attempted.  And what happened?  LOL

(1) No, you don't have to comment every time the Lakers play, but, you should comment when they win AND lose.....not ONLY when they lose. The only time you ever comment is when they lose, considering they've won far more than they've lost this season it means you've commented very rarely (only when they lose).

(2) The way you put down the Lakers constantly and have nothing but bad things to say, you expect us to believe you're a Lakers fan? "The only real Lakers fan on Covers"??? As Ozzie Guillen would say...PFfffffffff PLEASE! Do you really expect us to believe that? Get the FUCK outta here with that shit! You're a HATER and that is ALL you are, NOTHING more!

They always freak out when you talk negative (in their opinion) about their boyfriend.  That's the whole purpose of this thread - Fading the Fakers when Bryant implodes in the clutch (as he almost always does - it's a HUGE media myth that he's a clutch player) - and once his unstable play blows the Fakers chances of winning and they lose games and don't cover, boast about it to get the fanboys riled up.

What are Bryant's clutch stats; he's obviously a clutch player, but I wouldn't even put him close to Reggie or Jordan for all-time in that category. Do you know his clutch stats? This season I know he's second after ummm LEBRON.

Bryant isn't even in the TOP 30 in the NBA in +/- in the clutch.  This season he ranks 2nd in 4th quarter scoring (which is up from last year).  Last season he was ranked 21st in clutch efficiency.  Bryant is also a league leader in turnovers in the clutch.

Another media myth they like to throw out there is that Bryant is the "#1 closer" in the NBA.  Well, if that's the case, how come the Fakers are 4-8 in games decided by 3 points or less this season?  You'd think with the "best closer in the NBA" that the Fakers would play better than .333 basketball in tight games right?

Your 2nd and 3rd best players are injured? Last I checked, Lamar Odom was still on the court.

Oh and as far as the 14-0 run. LOL. When did this alleged 14-0 run happen?

If you Bryant fans would put down the marijuana before watching Fakers games then you'd see 100% of what you say about him is fiction.

Bulls sucked with MJ on his own. The Spurs would be nothing with Duncan by himself, they are what they are with Ginobili and Parker added to the mix. The Heat were and are nothing with Wade by himself, but, with Shaq and others they were winners. The list goes on and on... So when you bash Kobe because he can't do it by himself, no one did, not even MJ and certainly not Prince James.

Perfect example is last night, it doesn't matter how good you are, if your teammates can't help out at all you're gonna lose. Even with Kobe being quadruple-teamed his teammates couldn't hit open looks. Let's break it down here...

Kobe had 53 points, shot over 50% FG's 19-37, over 50% on 3's (9-17), had 10 rebounds, 3 steals, and most impressively ONLY ONE TURNOVER...as much as he had to handle the ball last night, THAT is amazing!

Fisher, Turiaf, Odom, and Vujacic combined for a HORRIFIC 11-41 (27%) ON FG ATTEMPTS.....THAT right there is why the Lakers lost. Also, while Kobe was 9-17 from 3 point land the rest of the team was just 6-28 (21%)...now you haters tell me, WHAT THE FUCK ELSE WAS KOBE SUPPOSED TO DO???

Oh, by the way, I did have the Grizzlies +14 last night...just a ridiculous number for a team without two of their top players who just lost to the Bobcats. Both are out, but, Gasol alone makes such a huge difference. I sure hope he makes it back soon.

Just remember fucker_man, to earn any respect you need to crawl out of that hole of yours when the Lakers are playing well too, which is most of the time...

Another against the spread "W" for the FADE train and it couldn't have been possible without the typical erratic play of Kobe Bryant.

As I've said many times before.  When the Fakers play TEAM basketball, they enjoy comfortable leads and easy wins but when Bryant tries to take over, the game becomes difficult and it's virtually impossible for the team to cover any spread other than (pk)

Let's review.

1st half:  Bryant only 6 FGA - Fakers up 11 points
2nd half/OT:  Bryant with 18 FGA - Fakers down 5 points

The formula for "success" for the FADE train never fails.

I thought it was looking grim in the first half but I knew that the NBA's true money player wouldn't let the FADE train stop.

Caron has turned into a great player after showing promise with Dwyane Wade in Miami, then having a mediocre season (by his standards of course) for the Fakers. Now a perennial all star with the Wizards.
