anyone who follows the league knows that the power shifted big time from the west to the east this last season.  even the nuggets without carmelo the last 1/3 of the season were able to secure the #5 seed in the whacked out west.  the aging, all tired out, finished spurs, finished 1st in your conference.  the lakers who were a disaster and didn't even care this year, finished 2nd in your league

the west was weak as hell this year, wake up dude, you're way too biased about your conf

Exactly!  That is why I like the Mavs to win this series.  They can score and play D.  Just look at how many points they gave to the Blazers and the Lakers.

if you watch the heat play against the bulls, they congested the inside(paint) with a vice grip  to contain their penetration. since the bulls have no knock down shooters the heat got away with this. now dallas comes into town and will spread the defense like the legs of a $5 hooker!

Love the Mavs and hope Vitski and The Kid get their much deserved rings. I agree that while The OP is, well, see above, is also mostly correct. Dallas however is a much better "Team" player... better passing and assisting and more interested in doing that. Better knock down shooters. Watch for King Jim to screw up a game or 2 down the stretch with more selfish play that almost cost the Heat in Game 5 vs the Bulls. Mavs need Chandler to stay out of foul trouble and be able to play the last 5 minutes of games. Average +/- for the series will be over 190.Heats great defense will not be able to hold greater offense and much greater heart & desire every game.
