what do you guys think about pacers FH -.5 today? they've got some good looking stats coming right out the gate, 8th in the league for first half rankings, while houstin is 27th. also, houston is on their third straight road game. should be a sandwich spot for them because they still have two more road games. both upcoming road games are in conference, the first being OKC and the second SA. also they have not played well against tougher defensive teams, of course this is with injuries at the beginning of the season. indy right behind houston for strength of schedule ranking.

houston 1q - giving up 28.2 while indy giving up only 26.5

houston 2Q - 26.8 points vs indy 29.6 points, however on d 
houston 2q - giving up 31.4 while indy giving up only 24.9

looking at these numbers, i think indy is a steal at -.5. thoughts?

now down to PK with the public hyped up that the rockets are "rolling", crushing two god awful teams back to back. eric gordon out should impact their range and shooting.

perfect. also thinking the same situation for OKC first half. NO is deadly in the second half but i can't see these guys being very motivated on their forth straight road game to kick it off. they have really been sucking and lost every single first half by a blowout. their defense is garbage around the perimeter and i think they should light up the pelicans. okc also top 10 defensively on the 3 ball, where NO really shines. i think their defense should give them fits today. what do you think about that for okc -2 FH, mr cruz?

Is anyone else wondering how the Nuggets are 8-1?

I've watched only 3 of their games, so maybe I just seen their worst efforts...but they don't look like an 8-1 team on the floor.

Call me crazy or does anyone else agree?


The point is, if I'm even close to remotely right, we could have a nice fade period coming up.

Re: OKC.  I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team start as slow as they normally do and turn it on late.  Only to fade in the 4th.  So Jekyll and Hyde.   

Sac. I was pondering this very thing.  Despite winning without Barton I think a regression is coming soon against teams that can score.  That said it’s not the next 2 games with Boston and Memphis on deck I’m really looking at Sunday vs the Bucks.  Could be blowout city

Denver has commited their overall team to defend...their points naturally come...Nuggets are the real deal and Jokic is going to be a superstar for many years to come

Hard to fade a team who beat the Warriors...but they won't be able to stop the Freak.

Totally...Bucks (and Raps) have clearly seperated themselves as elite eastern teams...it will be up to Giannis to do it come playoff time when teams will have time to scheme ways to limit him and make others beat them...i just think the Bucks are not as deep as they need to be come May and June....whereas the Raps are.
