ODB...this years version of college hoops has been a complete circus...almost impossible to cap something AND wager it with confidence preflop...i am doing really well sitting back after a cap, and wait if the right scenario presents itself for an ingame wager...i doubt i will end up making more than 5 wagers pregame this season based on what im seeing so far.

Back in my youth, i used to buy sporting news and few other select magazines from the newspaper stand every weekend...many mags back then were published once a week and whatever i was reading was atleast a week old...this is around 1990 when i really immersed myself into stats trends rosters coaches etc...but the things they wrote looking back now was just marshmallow fluff...oh how i loved saturday afternoon college hoops game of the week on CBS...good old days to remenisce, but from a betting perspective, i couldnt have been more blind 

I used to see guys here post "bob" this and "bob" that 10 years ago when i joined here and followed the box...the original crew here used to really know how to cap and zing the noobs that got cuffed...it was a riot...back then it was like the wild wild west around here...now its a snowflake safe room where they get a time out and sit in the corner to breathe and calm down.

I guess this Bob you refer to was that original tout that pisses off alot of people here back then

Ya thi year college hoops has been hit or miss.

But seems like I found a winning formula? Atleast for now. 2H spreads and total been quite profitable for me so far this season.

Went about 12-3 2nd half and 25-23 full game bets. Debating whether to stick with 2nd half live wagers along than chasing pregame bets.

2h wagering gives you more info thus an edge...betting pregame is an educated guess at best....just look at the facts...12-3 and 25-23...focus on what you are doing well at...

Ya we need to have pregame spreads noted to make 2H bets.. Usually even dogs that are decent teams that are down full game spread or above half will always make adjustments in halftime and come back nicely in 2H.

Also teams that are shooting decent but having lot of turnovers and if 1H total goes under than the 1H number, 2Hs usually go over.

Its about the Full Game vs 1H progress to make good educated 2H bet based on how 1H transpired. Not everygame, but we get atleast 3-4 games everyday like that with 2nd half reads.
