really scratching my head at mizzou. i actually do see value in taking the tigers at home and i have htis game lined at mizzou-3, but man, their offense has not looked good. they can shoot well from the three, which is where xavier suffers most. i have a hard time backing teams that shoot less than 70% from the charity stripe. maybe best to wait for the second half line here. xavier plays a zone, and with mizzou being very poor in assists and moving the ball around, it makes it tough to back them. lean to mizzou but can't pull the trigger yet. if anyone has any comments on this game, would love to hear it

I used to talk a lot of smack about this Oklahoma team last year. They have been a low key money maker all year and are pretty fun to watch. They look ten times more Coordinated and fluid than when they had trae young. This d is legit this year, too. They should be ranked by end of month if they continue playing this way

My guess as the most unlikely is Wiz at +500 ML...everyone will assume Rockets roll here based on Washingtons egg laying event last night...but i know the nba and its exactly these type of head scratchers that can be predicted if you can read the tea leaves...obviously not saying it will happen, but it wouldnt surprise me the least if it did...perhaps Wiz 1Q and 1H are the best options if you can smell what the Champ is cooking

love watching him play. his ball handling reminds me a lot of jason williams. he's not a big mouth and he's not on a flashy team, so he will definitely be overlooked. unless you're a prime contender to espn, i highly doubt you will see any type of MVP recognition unfortunately. i would save my money on this one, but i think he is worth it if they were to take my vote.

thinking duquesne is a bargain here and they should actually be favored. watching penn st is very similar to watching syracuse... predictable. this team can't make free throws, can't play offense, and consitently makes bad turnovers that result in scoring plays to their opponent. penn st has some amazing d, but it doesn't compensate for their lack of scoring.penn st has yet to win a road game, so why int he hell would they be able to cover 6. they couldn't even do that at home at this point. books giving a generous +6 to dukes at home. i'll take it.

at first virginia looks like an absolute blowout. they've got sc outranked in almost every efficiency stat. i was thinking this line would be in the double digits. when you look a bit deeper, you'll notice that virignia has not beaten any team on the road by more than 7 points, (neutral sites included). the tempo and pace that south carolina runs, with virginia's lack of depth on thebench, leads me to believe sc might be able to keep this one closer than everyone thinks. sc has four starters all that scored into double digits against michigan. i know they started out poorly, but they're making improvements. the fact that they are moving around the ball like they did against michigan leads me to believe they'll start clicking more efficiently. i'm going to wait to see what the market says here. would love to get gamecocks back in double digits and i'll take the points
