NFL Week 6: ARI Cardinals vs WASH Redskins Totals

The totals line set for this game was strange from the beginning as it was significantly higher than we would expect relying on the Cardinals game totals this season which only once was more than 39 points -in a loss to the Broncos (61) and the scoring part was that of the Broncos as the Cardinals scored only 20. On the other hand the Redskins had a scoring galore in the first games of the season to lower it and go under with the Seahawks who were actually forced to score last field goal. At the same time the line moved from an already high mark of 45 to 47 by now. Strange. History between the teams is irrelevant as the last game between them they played at 2011. I assign that total up to the decreasing defensive valor with the Skins. But will the Cardinals score at least 27 points? Because I do not see the Redskins scoring more than 21. Well, LVSC says yes. They even predict a very close game. What? 27-24?
