If Stafford was smart, he'd stay another year.  It would be worth giving up $5 million to never have the chance to be a Lion, Chief, Bengal, or Ram. . .  if he's lucky, he'll fall to Jacksonville at #8 or taken by Seattle at #4. . .  at least they have upside.  If Sanchez comes out, that might happen

he was not allowed to intv within the first 3 years of being at BC. he broke his contract

i like him...did good work in GB and at BC

Do you see him as your next coach? I would have to think that he walked into that interview knowinng that job was all but his, otherwise he's a dumbass.

no idea...i didnt interview him. i just want someone who will build a great defense

if he gets fired from bc and doesnt get the jets job, he'll find work...good coach

I'm with you, I don't get it. I root for Moreno becasue he grew up near me. I used to see him working out all the time. Not sure how good of a pro he'll be though

I actually think Stafford will be a good NFL QB.  I have seen the guy since he was at UGA and I think he can be a good NFL QB.  He makes good decisions and he has a great arm. 

If I were the Lions I wouldn't take him though, I would take one of the offensive tackles.  I would do what the Browns did last season:  take a top tackle early to help solidify your O-Line and then take a QB later with a your second first round pick or even second round pick.

As a Gator fan I am glad to see both gone.

I'm sure he has enough credits to graduate now. Maybe 1 or 2 summer classes, max.

Wouldn't be surprised if he graduated HS in december of his senior year, and enrolled early at college.

Many college athletes graduate their Junior years, and take a bullshit class their senior year to stay eligible... IE - dancing class, archery, astrology, or something like that...

Matt Linehart's senior YEAR consisted of 1 class, Dancing.


Just like my senior year In high school, I could have graduated my Junior year if I wanted, but I still had to play all my sports.

I had 1 english class to take, and that was all. 7 other periods consisting of 3 home-ec classes and gym classes. Boy were they pissed I didn't go to college to get credits, instead of pissing my high school days away.
