people have a lot of trouble separating the personal from the professional... i see very few people saying anything about about Wade as a person...
however, as a coach, he is ridiculous! the clock management, the game decisions... it's just ridiculous that a guy who makes those mistakes was allowed to coach for as long as he did...
no moment of silence is needed... he's still a live, he may still be a great man... but he was a shit football coach in the NFL...

The problem is Jerry Jones no coach will win in dallas with jones chiming in on the personnel. Dez Bryant was an awful pick, Felix Jones, Mike Jenkins and so on. Johnson built that franchise from nothing and walked out because Jones became too involved. Broken beyond repair.

are you sure you know what you're talking about?
Dez might win R.O.Y. this season.
Jenkins deservedly went to the Pro Bowl last year.
Felix Jones has shown flashes of brilliance going into this year, having a higher YPC avg than any back in the entire NFL. This year he was done in by terrible offensive line play.

Wade's a good ole boy who JJ needs to have so he can be close to the team. With out the good ole boy on the sidelines he needs a solid no BS coach to win ala Parcells Jimmy Johnson who both would not let him close to the plyrs but both won. Cowgirls are in a bad place simply beacuase of ownership. Coach will never have control thus a legit winner like cowher would never step foot in Texas. It's a no win situation for a coach where you have a manic owner like JJ wanting control of everything like a fantasy team......it's a real joke especially w/ Garret who has zero chance of winning. Jerry needs control just look at the history. Cowgirls are a losing group as long as he wants his face on it . step aside and let the coach coach it could be but it wont...and thank you dallas for taking this opportunity to go into obscurity,,,,,bye bye now! Jerry Jones worst owner in the history of professional sports next to Al Davis....could not happen to a more hated team!
