Jim Caldwell is a leading candidate for the Miami job from what I'm hearing...his calm demeanor jives well with Tua, whereas Flores wanted Watson as his QB for the future and not Tua.

Im hearing the Jags have requested an interview with Bigred as he knows the area and they like his positive attitude . He could possibly motivate the team with his short speeches with the word haters and donkeys peppered throughout

Hey Biscuit,
I hear ya...it's a sweet deal. What's the expression "coaches/managers are hired to be fired" (heard it in baseball reference years ago).
I know there are incentives to win...but none when you lose lmao.
Haven't heard about U Meyer's deal...different circumstances, so probably he'll be lucky to get this season's salary. But for sure, coaches and mgrs all wanna do what they think/what they claim to know how to do...so why not have a pay scale for losing seasons and their salaries go southward instead of north bound!!! Yeah...I know...what am I thinking.
Cheers, bud...and good fortune for the playoffs!!!

The Bears look like a team with a plan, and really know what they want. Their list of people interviewed/will be interviewed has reached 37. And will probably be more when said and done.
The McCaskey's aren't just throwing shit at a wall here, they're catapulting entire manure trucks

The McCaskeys don't have a clue...and never did...but keep it in the family...ugggh.
PS - Sac...I'm a lifelong BIG BLUE guy...Bronx Boy...only time I set foot in Illinois was when my youngest had basic training at Naval Station Great Lakes, and never had the pleasure of visiting Chicago. Always was a Butkus guy, though...his whole career and even after lol.

Sure looks that way, guys. He had great experience on the NFL level, and the Texans are probably looking for a "big name" coach. Quiet, get the job don't, connect with the players...not so important to the ownership I guess.
