Apparently one of the hall monitors disagreed and deleted my post requesting a separate section for the cheaters, attention seekers, air bettors, shit-stirrers, and calling them out by name. One of them probably reported the post, probably MacW (Just kidding, that was a JOKE.)

Some call for them to be permanently banned, but I don't agree with cancel culture and censorship except in cases such as doxxing, death threats, or extreme personal attacks. Every day here I see much worse than what I posted - personal attacks on family members and/or social/wealth status, insinuations on peoples sexual habits and preferences, gay slurs, etc - but somehow I crossed a line?

I've never run afoul of mods here, my regular home, or anywhere else I do occasional posts. Yes, I post public service announcements, using facts to point out frauds who are trying to deceive posters here by cheating on their record, but mainly I post picks with analysis and money management tips on MLB and USFL. I'm not lighting the world on fire but have a small +balance in both sports which is not terrible since 99% of bettors lose, and I have a lot of games left to build on those profits. I offer a view from unique perspective, having run a R&S book on the Vegas strip and having been a hired consultant for some top offshores. And I always try to instill a little humor to make people smile in what at times is a very ugly world these days.

Censorship is subjective, and thus unfair, and at times even abused. When showing Blazing Saddles, some networks leave the campfire scene in, some delete it. Some show "It's twue, oh it's twue!" some delete that scene (probably a white guy) (yes, that's a joke) because it's subjective to the whims of some prig suffering with a Napoleonic Complex sitting in front of computer believing that his opinion should rule over the masses.

My point in the deleted post was that cancer, if not cut out, eventually hurts the host. Seen it before in other forums - when you let the crazies run free you will lose some of the quality contributors, which is a point I've seen made by many others here, many times.
