Irish08 I did flush my meds one time and quit breathing. They thought I had permanent brain damage. Doc said if I tried it again I would probably die. You can't stop long term benzo use all at once. I did surprise my wife on Valentines Day and she was very happy. She is a great person and very happy with me and the battle I have won to get off of hard drugs. She is happy I am alive and able to be with and spend lots of time with our child. I am very fortunate to be alive. Thank God all the time for it. I enjoy being with my child daily it is what keeps me going.

After my wife beat me today with the belt she must have enjoyed it because she said she is going to do it weekly until I start trying to get my act together. I cried as she lashed my back and butt. I tried to run once but tripped over the dog. She caught me before I had a chance to get up and hit harder than ever. I hollered. In the back of my mind I figured she was taking out her frustrations of the holes I made in the wall. The more I squirmed and wiggled the harder she lashed. She hugged me after it was over and dried my eyes. Don't worry I am covered in Neosporin now.
