Bulls @ Raps
Lean:
Raps -10.5
Regarding Beal, it would be ideal if he came off the bench...he would be most effective vs the other teams 2nd unit...when the Raps get healthy, Beal wouldnt crack the starting 5.
Regarding Miles, i would cut ties with him immediately and find a trading partner before the deadline, however everyone knows hes trash this year so he will likely ride the pine until the end of the season.

The media is all over this one trying to hype it up as a tnt thursday primetime game between the 2 teams who engaged in the biggest offseason trade...when im not buying what the media is trying to spin for a January 3rd game...if this was played on Xmas day, then i would give the talking heads a little more merit...but thats just not the case.
This is just another basketball game, one out of 82...thats it. Sure the intros and the first few possessions will have alot of attention placed on who shook hands with who, how they shook them, eye contact, lack of eye contact...its all bs and will have nothing to do with the game itself.
Simply put, Raps are reeling from injuries, lack of having a consistent lineup which breeds on the floor chemistry, and to be blunt, dont really scare teams anymore when they come into town like they did to begin the season...also, their overall 3pt shooting % is really below average, and even worse on the road...will Kawhi and Green have big games? Most likely yes because they have to with all the injuries the Raps are going thru...will Lowry play? I hope not...let him sit and come back as close to 100% when the time is right...if he comes back tonight, i feel the team chemistry will be off right from the start...does he want to play against his bff demar? Obviously yes, but as a game time decision, who really knows what will happen at this point in the day.
Now, Spurs at home...lately what more can be said other than beastmode wow...their offense is clicking, and their confidence and home court swagger seems to be back...this line is very similar to where it should have been for the Celtics game, and look at how that beatdown played out...also, i doubt Pop will have his guys come out flat in the 1st Q and allow his team to get down 10+pts like they did vs Boston...this smells like a wire to wire win for the home team...which as a Raps fan, sucks because this will be the nationally televised tnt game and people will just assume "same old craptors".
Hoping for a good game, but i would only look to back Spurs ML here

^^^^ didnt even know he had a posted thread on this game, just saw it now...atleast one of us will be right, maybe even both if Spurs win by 1 but i dont forsee a one or two posession game coming down the stretch, unless the refs give the raps all the calls late, or Spurs get stupid and just keep chucking ice cold 3s late.

Locked in:
Raps -2 for the 2nd Q...no way tnt suits want this game to get out of hand...look for Raps to cut the lead to single digits by halftime

Kawhi didnt look impressed with Lowry being friendly with the enemy...gone are the days from the 80s when players legit hated each other...well, atleast until Isiah and Magic started hooking up together and spreading the aids

Thanks buddy...just imagine if this thread was in the mains...regardless of what i personally wager or not, (we all know we have our own unposted plays too)...alot of people would be making a few extra shekkels just off this team and my leans alone...why people try to force plays and try to be sharp with the likes of the Bulls Cavs Suns etc is beyond me...never expect bad teams to do good things just because you backed them...anyways:
Pacers @ Raps
Lean:
Pacers 1Q
Pacers 1H
Pacers FG
Last night it was +4.5 but now its +2.5...which makes me freeze a bit...bad spot for Raps, but yet they own Pacers lately as they match up well against them and Raps home court is huge...
Tbd before tip off.

Fade bad teams, back good teams...longrun is the only profitable strategy if youre going to wager the nba daily...however this season im going low volume for obvious reasons.

Missed your last two write ups, was on SAS win against TOR & TOR win against MIL also but wish I saw this to double / triple down on the plays. Glad to see you're on IND today also; if NFL goes well may double / triple down on the play. A shame more people don't see / tail this thread...you're actually psychic when it comes to Toronto games. Keep up the insane capping

Update...Lowry will play vs Pacers...all leans are off...now if asked i would say Raps ML but i have to see how this team will play with Kyle in the line up for a few consecutive games before getting a true read...as Leonard is sitting out due to "overload management"...thats what they call rest nowadays

I think Raps will feed off the crowd and positive vibes from Lowry's return...as long as he isnt a gimp, Raps are the correct play here in my opinion as they look to reestab themselves as the legit #1 seed in the east...last nights win was their biggest one of the season by far...yes bigger than the Warriors sweep.

Haha just saw this now...not psychic just in tune with how the team is doing...we have a local raps guy named michael grange who is on sportsnet radio who talks raps hoops almost every day....i never miss his airtime.

If Raps get up big early and you can grab Pacers +10.5 or more...nail it with a texan hammer

I hope not...looks like the Raps dont need him...just a 3pt sharp shooter would be nice...wish we couldve got Korver when we had the chance

Looking ahead to tomorrow Hawks @ Raps
Lean:
Raps ats...line should be around -12.5
Toeonto already making a big deal about Vince coming back home....puhleeez give me break...this song and dance already happened last year, and the year before, and the year before that...Raps should get very healthy and feast on this scrub road team tomorrow night, especially now that Atlanta got their token home win yesterday...
Raps 1st Q
Raps 1H
Raps Fg
All legit options for consideration.

Patrick McCaw just signed with the Raps...i dont like this signing as he only looked good at times because he played with the Globetrotters, but what do i know.
I cant see him making any impact here.
