You might be able to hit 80% over a short period of time but over the long haul the best cappers in the world would be happy with 60. Anyone can get hot but time always separates plain ol' luck from skill.

 Yes it is, I've known a couple, used to live in Vegas. Again over the long haul. 60 is an A in sports betting. Anyone claiming to hit 70 and up ATS over the course of an entire season is lying. That's a fact.
