Yes.  Trump's big lie has tragic consequences in deaths, injuries and property damages.  Also right wing media has mislead people.  Continuing to downplay the violence, rewrite history and promote conspiracy theories about attack on capitol.  Rioters are called patriots, tourists or hostages.  Recently, former VP Pence denounces debunked conspiracy theory that FBI is behind January 6 insurrection.

 I would surmise maybe a 2 - 4 month delay, but either way the criminal leader of the republican party is off the hook for that one at least temporarily.  If he's really lucky the court won't rule for months and then the judge will delay the trial even to after the election.

And speaking of federal crimes,

One way or another.  Obviously this makes perfect sense.  Voters have a right to know if a candidate is guilty of serious FEDERAL crimes!

It should happen. 

It is the proper thing to do.

But because of our court system I am reasonably confident now that it won't.

Possibly. He is guilty as sin and all intelligent people know this but delay tactics in our judicial system can work to the advantage of the guilty.

I was today's years old when I found out Trump was not found guilty of "rape".  I don't follow the Donald but there are many die hard Trumper's in hear that have all kinds of names for the big bad orange man that follow him religiously.  All of those people refer to him as a "rapist".  

Sounds strange all this time I was following along in this sub going along with him being a "rapist" then you find out he was not convicted of rape but had to pay some lady $80mm for defamation therefore he can now be called a "rapist".
