Grand Jury investigating the Jan.6 case has in fact handed down a new indictment. today, August 01.

But it is under seal until the party (or parties) is notified and advised to surrender to authorities.

Ahh yes..... 6 "co-conspirators"  (accomplices)

They certainly deserve to be indicted too as they were integral to carrying out the felony scheme.  I agree they are likely to be indicted but not so sure if it will be within days  or even this month.  I think prosecutors likely want time to "go to work on" those 6 accomplices to see who they can turn.

Oh yes, It is very narrative. It spells out the plan, the implementation of the plan, and the culmination of the plan on Jan 6. Calls out alternative slates, various spurious lawsuits, all of the media appearances, etc. as part of vast conspiracy to defraud the US.

Which it clearly was, but I wonder if you can get a jury to unanimously agree.

Mark Smith, the former chief of staff to VP Mike Pence, states unequivocally on CNN that [quote] "trump was all wrong" and went on to describe all the things trump said and did WRONG regarding his attempt to overthrow the legitimate government-elect.
