Justice Thomas was discharged from the hospital today.

Now he should be discharged from SCOTUS.

ONE MORE TIME -- THE CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES WHO WAS TRYING TO STAY IN POWER ILLEGALLY-PLOTTED WITH THE WIFE OF A SUPREME COURT JUSTICE WHO COULD’VE ENDED UP RULING ON THE TRANSITION OF POWER.

THERE IS NO MOVING ON WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY!

A rule applying to all justices requires disqualification if a spouse “has … any … interest that could be substantially affected by the outcome of the proceeding.”

Remember that in addition to Ginni Thomas, Clarence Thomas is connected to John Eastman who is the legal architect of the Jan. 6 coup was his law clerk.

Remember, Trump reportedly considered making Sid Powell Special Counsel to preside over a sham investigation of seized voting machines? This stuff led to a major revolt at DOJ. Why was Ginni pushing for her? Why was she so involved on these legal issues that would have gone to SCOTUS?

Given that Justice Thomas did not write a dissent explaining his vote to block release of January 6th documents, which would include his wife's texts, doesn't he need to offer some substantial explanation now? He never discussed his decent. Probably because Ginni would have kicked his sad ass.

And yet, we have a Senator from Tennessee, who doesn't know the difference between the Declaration of Independence & the Constitution, deciding whether a judge is acceptable to her for the Supreme Court.

Good Lord...do we have problems!

Those are the relevent facts.

Supreme court judge Thomas should be impeached by congress because his close wife tries to overthrow Biden's legitimate government.  Instead of being a decent judge, Thomas is a professional conservative activist.  He is compromised, conflicted and corrupt.  Previously, supreme court blocks Trump's bid to keep his administration records secret but Thomas is the only judge to side with Trump.  He should recuse himself from cases involving the capital riot and elections because his conduct threatens credibility of the court.

Why do you hate powerful black men? 

Interesting to see the progressives call everyone a racist that disagrees with Obama… but then they disagree with a black conservative, immediately call for their dismissal… and somehow that’s different. 

Please explain. 

The court of Justice Roberts' will go down in history as failing badly if they don't address the elephants in the room Ginni & Clarence Thomas.

John Eastman will now have to turn over emails implicating Sen. Ted Cruz in the plot to overturn the election.

A federal judge finds that Trump likely committed crimes over 2020 election.

House committee investigations reveal 7 hours gap in records of Trump phone logs on January 6.  Oddly, no contacts between 11:17 AM to 18:45 PM local time during capital riot.  Missing are phone calls with McCarthy, Lee, Tuberville, Pence and others.  Cover up?

It's really past the point of obvious, but if Trump believed everything was lawful because he'd "really won," there'd be no point to taking unprecedented steps to hide his phone activity during the critical time period.

To me, the biggest tell that he knew/orchestrated the insurrection was the fact that Trump was never moved to a bunker for protection. The Secret Service has to be questioned on why that was the case.

There's no truth to the rumor he ate 7 hours of phone logs.

Rolling Stone was the first to report members of the 1/6 insurrection planners purchased "burner phones" with cash prior to 1/6 & these phones were given to key members of the insurrection including Trump family members.

Also, when the Feds seized Rudy's devices they found 12 of them. Who needs 12 devices to communicate?

Trump used an official White House phone with a 202-390 prefix to call Sen. Mike Lee on Jan. 6 — which means it should have been in the presidential call log but was not,

Many others have already testified they spoke to Trump during this same 7.5 hour period & their calls are missing from the WH communication logs.

A Supreme Court justice shouldn't be ruling on cases about people trying to overthrow the government when his wife was one of those people.
