How do we fix the situation? Hundreds of years of racism, police brutality, poverty, and inequality boiled over to today. And like you said Stu, most people aren't racist these days, most people want equal rights, most cops do their jobs the right way. I wouldn't even know where to start.
Where to start indeed? It is such a multipronged question that requires much of the black community on it's own, the white community on it's own, and the american community, all of us as one together. I will tell you the media is the biggest hinderance by far. And it's not just left-winged media or right-wing media. Mainstream media. Fringe alternative media. It's all media. Social media is increasingly becoming the worst. So any start will have first address this and we are turning out generation after generation ill equiped for this. We are turning into a country who lacks self thinkers, who will believe anything, who does cross reference, who doesn't read. Humans by nature are clanish and confrontational. This is why people love to argue politics. This is why people love sports. We want to root for a side. Well a divided populace is easily controlled and one of the easiest ways to stoke division is to do it along pre-existing lines. This is why we see this explosion of partisan extremism in politics, the exponential growth of racial politics, the birth of the metoo movement, the male response MGTOW, which are dudes who say they aren't gey, but are just done with woman. Can you imagine that. The media, depending on who you ask, is either deeply involved and complicit in this, or just exploiting this for money because at the end of the dat, media outlets don't exist to inform us. They exist to make money. And trash sells. The sensational sells. They love a police shooting. They love a riot. They know they can cover these things 24/7 and people will be glued to their sets. They exploit school shootings in the same way. Do you think that benefits the victims? Of course not.

Saginaw Mich, 1978, ten years later 1988. I too understood what affirmative action was trying to do. And it did leave a bitter taste. I let it make me stronger. I requested and they flat out told me Affirmative action made the decision. In 1988 several fellow employees encouraged me to sue, I did not. Not saying it was recent, just pointing out almost all people feel some sort discrimination. Sorry, not going to mention my profession just for my own privacy. Also, in 1986 I looked at becoming a Michigan Conservation Officer. The then governor Blanchard was to hire 110 new CO's. Again, took a civil service exam, knew I did well, never an interview. Local CO told me, "Your a white male, no chance." As the song goes; "That's just the way it is" so I moved on. Let me add, I was never a police officer or in any law enforcement position.
Even though it wasn't recent something like that can leave a lifelong bitter taste. I have immense respect for the way you've handled it.

The real enemy is Satan and his seed the Zionist who control Most if not all MSM,Hollywood, Banking and so on who bowed down to him

I put in bold what I think is indisputably true. It's 100% true in my eyes.
Believe it or not, Covers is the ONLY social media I take part it. No facebook, no twitter, no nothing. My friends send me links to various social media sites on specific videos or whatever. When I look at the comment section I'm dumbfounded at how many people reply. 90% of the comments make it clear on just how uninformed, uneducated, and downright dumb those people are. Everything is misspelled and rarely is the comment even relevant to the subject.
Perhaps society needs an education shot in the arm? Too many weak voices speaking all at once has us going no where. Having the most unqualified president in history during this time doesn't help matters either.

Here Sac let me put this in bold for you
Ephesians 2:2 in which you used to walk when you conformed to the ways of this world and of the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit who is now at work in the sons of disobedience.

Oh I don't put all the blame on the President at all Stu. Personally, I feel like he's the most unqualified president in the history of presidents. Just saying during these times It'd be better to have someone else in such a position of power.
Another topic for another day
To be clear on my political stance, I'm right smack dab in the middle, I have a very moderate position. Both far left and far right are the ones I don't resonate with.
United we stand, divided we fall.

Romans 7:15-25
New Living Translation
I don’t really understand myself, for I want to do what is right, but I don’t do it. Instead, I do what I hate. But if I know that what I am doing is wrong, this shows that I agree that the law is good.So I am not the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it.
And I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. I want to do what is right, but I can’t.I want to do what is good, but I don’t. I don’t want to do what is wrong, but I do it anyway. But if I do what I don’t want to do, I am not really the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it.
I have discovered this principle of life—that when I want to do what is right, I inevitably do what is wrong.I love God’s law with all my heart. But there is another power within me that is at war with my mind. This power makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me.Oh, what a miserable person I am! Who will free me from this life that is dominated by sin and death?Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord. So you see how it is: In my mind I really want to obey God’s law, but because of my sinful nature I am a slave to sin.

I'm sure you are wise to know why it is a narrow gate and so few find it,let me help you ,because you enter the gate individually. The True Church which is the Body of Christ is not a Brick and Mortar building or certain denomination

Matthew 7:13 “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. I'm sure you are wise to know why it is a narrow gate and so few find it,let me help you ,because you enter the gate individually. The True Church which is the Body of Christ is not a Brick and Mortar building or certain denomination
Imagine preaching an Invisible GOD concept a couple thousand years ago or Invisible anything............... now lets fast forward to present day times with all we know about Invisible Elements
Romans 1:20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from His workmanship, so that men are without excuse.

You mean the wolves in sheeps clothing with their bright smiles
2 Corinthians 11:14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Kinda like the imbecile in the White House

Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
That's what the problem is today Their is not the healthy fear of GOD or Reverence which is due unto him........ Matthew 10:28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived: God is not to be mocked. Whatever a man sows, he will reap in return.
