Fox news fear mongering of violent crime didn't help republicans in 2022 midterm elections.  Ignoring that crime rates are higher in republican states than in democrat states.  Offering no solutions, republicans claim to be tough on crime but are soft on capital rioters and minimize legislative action on gun control.  In midterm elections, no red wave as democrats exceed expectations in best performance in decades. 

Yes it's the guns fault not the fact that our society would rather see it's population free on the streets or deny assistance to the most vulnerable... Oh yes it's the guns fault would it make you feel any better if they run over with a tractor trailer during a parade or destroyed with a bomb on side walk... What we know so far

• At least three children and three adults are dead after a shooting Monday at the Covenant School, a private Christian elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee, that teaches preschool through 6th grade, police said.
• The shooter, who was identified as a 28-year-old Nashville woman, was killed during gunfire with police, authorities said. Her identity and motive is yet to be confirmed.

Officials said the shooter was armed with at least two "assault-type" rifles and a handgun.

The shooter also appears to have 2 genders!

So sick! I am so greatful I grew up in an era when most people valued lives. And at the same time ashamed with what I leave my grandchildren.

Take away the rifles, they will use pistols. Take away the pistols, they will use knives, fire, vehicles, etc.

Tennessee governor who signed permitless gun carry law is now under fire after school shooting.  National rifle association is unwilling to accept more gun control as a way to reduce gun violence.  So NRA proposes stronger punishments such as longer sentences or death penalty for school shooters which would violate US constitution.  For suicidal shooters, killing people is intended to be their final mission before being killed by police.  Also NRA calls for more good guys with guns.  However there is lack of evidence to show arming school guards prevent mass shootings.  JAMA study of 133 shootings found higher death rate in schools with armed guards.

The purpose of assault rifles is to kill as many enemy as, and as soon as possible in the battle field to achieve the objective. 

2 rifles as well! Which were very easy to get in the state of Tennessee, a Republican led state that refuses to enact any kind of red flag laws. 

By the way, this school shooter had no criminal record for those on the right that claim its' mostly criminals shooting up schools.
